Fed Up

I don't know how to say this but I'm feeling fed up beyond reasoning. Its' only another 6 weeks ++ to be free from this hellhole, provided they find a replacement soon. I had had enough of dealing with all these never ending pile of paperwork, and worse dealing with ppl who simply do not go by the SOP.

Additionally, ppl who leave me note over the weekend, didn't write their name down and expect me to know just what the hell is going on and whom wrote the note. Which, in actuality ... I had no idea of it... I'm so sick and tired of dealing with all these nonsense ... can't they let me live my last few weeks here in peace?!!!!

12 Jan, this coming Thursday there's a company year end dinner ... I have to be there even, not that I mind being there if I had enjoy the job. Thing is, I do not enjoy ... In fact, I dreaded my work daily. What kind of expression should I adopted to face them all? The thought of it makes me damn sian lor ...

Argh!!!!

Okay, so Maybe I am getting used to working?

Right, I'm 2nd month past into my new job. The stress level is getting tone down, so perhaps I am finally adjusted to the environment here? Though, there are times whereby anxiety caught up with me but I'm no longer breaking down. Which is good, I supposed?

Criticism and lectures comes every now and then, and I just nodded and commented that I shall take note of that in future. Still, there are little things that I forget every now and then, wondering I should write it down and post in front of the notice board that I will see each time I look up. A bit lame, but its' just the little things that I forgot most of the times ...

I welcome the year 2012 which is coming in another week time, but am a little reluctant to leave behind the year 2011. Reason is stupid, cause it meant lesser holidays that falls on Sunday ... Silly right? Still, yeah looking at the calender for 2012 I get a little gloomy ... Except for the Month January which have loads of holidays (New Year & CNY) From February to March ... There's totally no holidays at all!!!

A bit dreadful if you ask me ... *Sigh* Some more, Feb 2012 is a 29 days month ... An extra day for me to go through ...

Previously, I don't know whether its' to avoid problems or what sort ever, I had been contemplating of going back to school for full-time studies. I even went to the extent of wondering if I should apply for Poly courses. Lucky, a chat with Mother dearest had me halted on the idea. For a while, I was thinking maybe I can go back into the ITE and switch to something else?

After a while, I thought ... Nah, no point for me to hold 2 different ITE cert. So out of curiosity, I surf the net for a while longer and realized that ITE nows supplied Diploma courses - though only 3 courses but still, a better chance for ITE grads to pursue Diploma course rather than fighting with the rest of the O levels students out there for Poly chances - isn't it? Too bad, the only Diploma course for Business students was Technical Diploma in Culinary Skills. And its' only open to the four courses graduates - Nitec is Baking & Pastry, Nitec in Culinary Skills (Western), Higher Nitec in Hospitality Operations, and the other one I believe was a Higher Nitec course in F&B Operations or something similar.

So sad, why this kind of things only happened after my batch of students graduate? So bad ... Nonetheless, I was thinking maybe I should indeed go pursue a Diploma since its' always better looking than a ITE cert. So I started looking for private schools offering Part-time studies. With my financial status and do not wish to borrow money from parents, and additionally am too lazy to travel far - I can only look at BMC Academy.

This time I aim for Business course, and not accounting course - am sick of Financial Modules already. Since I did not persevere to complete the Diploma in Mgmt Accting & Finance at PSB. Moreover, BMC offered Monthly installments schemes which suit me ...

Currently, I am thinking to enrol in the March intake of Cambridge International Diploma in Business at Advance Level. Total course fees is about 2000++, but I can pay it in installments of 250++ per month. So I'm debating, I have until End of Jan to decide whether I am going for it. So I'm currently planning my budget for the course.

If I don't update soon, I'll go nutters!

This blog is half-dead I know, but I am too lazy to blog at home. I don't think its' safe to blog at work. Nonetheless, I can't stand it any longer ... its' not wise to use facebook as a blog so here I am.

Sometimes I can't understand myself -In fact, till now I don't know myself I would say. I wonder if there's anyone around who could really know who I am ... I felt like I'm in a mist of fog; not knowing how or why I'm here. I have no objectives in life, no goals and no aims. I felt simply empty and goes about the daily life simply.

Yes, I fret and experience normal feelings that human beings does but still I don't know why I'm feeling all those feelings, its' like there's no reason behind it. I get the urge to cry at times, but I can't seemed to see a logic reason behind my urge to suddenly cry. Sometimes I worry, but don;t know I'm worrying about what ...

During schooling days, Its' just a routine for me. I never make much an effort to study cause I have no aims or purpose in life to work towards to. When young, the school teachers will ask what we want to be when we grow up. My answer differs each time with different reasons; (Lawyer/Doctor/Actress/Singer/Career Women/etc.) I can't remember exactly what I want to be now ... Because the choices are too wide and too much from all different sectors, I fail to make up my bloody mind about it. So I let nature run its' course and not putting in too much effort in either prospect of the subjects.

When comes to teenage days, the school I pick before PSLE was not well-planned as well. I was thinking, okay so I went into HKSS. Starting out from Express Stream, the subjects suddenly becomes too much for me to handle. Geography seems foreign to me, and my first impression is I don't like this! Physical Fitness has never been my favourite, Mathematics suddenly becomes too complex for my liking and for English I;m always on borderline cases.

No friends in my class, makes me a loner. Not having common topic among classmates makes me different from the rest of the girls, and the boys only enjoy bullying antics. My temper becomes apparent, and the rest of my secondary school days are basically hell. With socializing area a mess, I've got nothing to look forward to during schooling days. My interest in studies went pummeling down the slope.

I drown myself in the world of animes and mangas, trapping myself in the fantasy world to get away from reality. A rift between a friend of mine back then caused me to sink into 'depression' when it comes down to the idea of 'friendship'. I settled for acquaintance instead.

When O level came out unsatisfactory, I was thinking so what - Go ITE lor ... So its' time to pick course again, seeing as I only wanted to pick Higher Nitec Courses my choices are limited. In the end, I pick Business Admin. Here in ITE, I make my closest and longest lasting group of friends - the 2 years in ITE are my happiest I would say, apart from my primary school days. Still, the course itself I had no preferences about it.

Upon graduation, its' time to start work - but am still in a young and playful mode and does not want to be committed fully to a job just yet. Thus I pick a job in the environment that I love, and had past experience in - a comics rental store. Here I met new friends, colleagues and good superiors. Now though, I'm no longer with them but working a 9to5 job which I pick only because the location is near my home, and Eve used to work in such an environment and its' a new thing so I want to try it out. Now as I look back and I realized I've been living a life blindly. 1 month into new job, I had broke down once and near breakdown twice ... What a mess I am!

Right, long time no update ... Well actually not very long lah, only about 2 months not updating this blog. Initially I thought of updating last night but I'm lazy so drag until now while waiting for Taiwan supplier mail to come in.

Okay, I should be in Bedok but somehow I'm not ... the boss changes his mind, and only Friday needs to be at Bedok . Paperwork done in Tanjong Pagar ...stupid right? Issue aside, just something new ... I'm changing my jobs soon.

In fact, I had already tendered in my resignation letter with 1 month notice - my last day with this company is until 19 October 2011. This time around, the job search went nicely as compared to the last time around.

Mainly because this time I don't apply to jobs randomly, I look through the job scope throughly and spend good old time considering about the duties as well as location before making up my mind to send out the applications. 4 applications and 2 job interviews later, I got myself a new job.

The 4 applications are as follows:
1. Books Kinokuniya - Cashier (No hope lah ... see from their impression during interview know liao )

2. Admin Assistant for Treede Concepts Group - no response, so I think either my notice period too long or they want someone with experience in that industry.

3. Admin Assistant for Gplan Design Pte Ltd - went for interview and viola! I got the job (details later)

4. Admin Assistant for Bukit Batok company (thru agent - he called and ask if I mind kranji instead ... but till now no response, so I heck care. If he does calls back, then I will just say I got job already)

Yes, I got the job of admin assistant for Gplan Design - am working at IMM but their head office at Maxwell went for the interview last Friday at Maxwell near to my current work place, so I went before I come in to work.

Right, the interview went smoothly with the person interviewing me briefing me on the duties and work to do there. Until we came to the topic of date of availability, cause my notice period is 1 month at first she says dunno the boss can wait for that long or not ... so she say she will give me a call if I am selected for the position.

She offered me a salary way higher than what I expected, cause this is the first time I went for a interview which the person in charge offers me what I actually wanted for the position. Then further on, while talking about the annual leave issue - she's willing to give me 10 days instead of the 7 days which is supposed to be. For that I am even more grateful - but what makes me real grateful is that - when I received her message on Tuesday morning and ask for me to call her.

When I call her up she's busy so she called me back slightly later on in the afternoon, and we discussed about my date of availability. Initially she wanted me to join the company next week, but I told her I don't wish to make things difficult for my current company. So she said, she would have to discuss with the boss then. I did inform her that if she does have a better candidate on hand she can give them the position I'm alright with the decision.

She said she does not want to randomly choose some candidates knowing that they won't be able to stay for long. Cause quite a no. of candidates she have on hand tends to job-hop a lot. In comparison to the rest, I seemed to be much a better choice for her. So she told me she would inform me after her discussion with her boss, if her boss really decided not to wait then she would let me know and I can forget about this job offer and concentrate on finding another job.

Later on in the evening, I message her and was thinking - she better let me know soon, so I would know if the other company called me in for an interview should I accept or not. Then hurriedly in less than 5 minutes, she called me back and said she had spoken to both the boss and the current admin girl that she had - and both the boss and the admin girl agreed to wait. In fact, the admin girl was kind enough to say that she will stay until the end of October and so I am accepted by their company.

She told me to contact her again once I can go over to join them, I'm so glad and grateful for the efforts that they made on their part and therefore I make up my mind that I would do my best when I went over to join them officially. I should express my gratitude to the girl once I went over, cause I sort of delayed her timing in leaving her position. This being said, since they made such a big effort in accommodating to my situation, I should put in my utmost effort in working for their company and at the very least stayed with them for a year or longer - since I heard the economy is going into recession soon.

The position is a 5.5 work week job, with hours from 9.30am to 6.30pm on weekdays and 9.30am to 1.30pm on Saturday. I am warned that the volume of work would be lot, but I am certain that I should be able to cope. The work load is a lot does not matters, what matters most is that what I done should be relevant to the position and that the people working with me are considerate and patient. Let's keep my fingers crossed and look forward to working for the company - hopefully, I'll get good colleagues that I can work with in peace.

not dead but wish to be dead

Okay, so I'm apparently not dead yet ... though I very much wished that I'm dead. Apparently, sometime during next month I'll be transferring to the Bedok Branch ... on long term basis. Ordering of course would be shifted to Bedok side as well ... Lucky not every day on night shift ... I'll be on mid-shift, usually 10-7pm (on thurs/Fri) and then 11-8pm on Mon to Wed. Off day most likely would be on Sunday.

Sian lor, travel so long ... 1.5 hour there and 1.5 hr back ...T.T

Company only going to subsidy 50% of the transportation fee ... and no more up to date TVB shows, must wait for Angie to go back Tg Pg once in a while then can lend home to watch the new shows... Starting tomorrow must bring back lots of shows to store liao D:

Haiz, never mind ... shall start packing up the stuff to be bring over on Friday. Tomorrow is going off early to have dinner with XH and gang to celebrate Evelyn's birthday. I finally went and shop for Eve's present last weekend, together with XH and her family members. And This Sat, Biyu is dropping by Tg Pg to take books and return books :P

... I know I have not been updating for ages ... but well, 1st I'm lazy and 2nd dunno what to update about.

最近我再度地迷恋上了清穿文。。。原因则是因为看了2011年度由湖南卫视所开拍的清穿剧《宫锁心玉》的缘故。因为看了这出剧，35集用了我3天时间 - 我再次迷上了清穿文。无论是四爷党或者是八爷党都好。我记得当初刚开始看的时候，是从晋江网上的那三大山看起的。。。

先是13党的《梦回大清》，紧接着是《步步惊心》，最后才是《瑶华》。看过了这些之后，我从最开始迷上的13爷文看起。。。不过因为当时很多都还没有完结，所以看到一半就没有往下看了。紧接着我就迷上了八爷党，看过很多。。。不过最终给我留下深刻印象的要算是《三生石上旧精魂》 - 这个我看到哭了。很感人，但结局也很悲。不过这是理所当然的，因为八爷党的没有一个在历史上是有好下场的。紧接着，看腻了八爷我就把目光转向了九爷。

要说99的文内，给我留下深刻印象的估计就是《清秋一梦》了。这个文我一共看了2次，真的很好看。是我会推荐的！再说草包十，这要算起来他的文还真的实在是少 - 不过看起来比较没有那么心累。因为老十是个大大咧咧的人，并没有老八的那番心思也没有老九的那般复杂。看得顺眼多了 - 在他的文当中印象最为深刻的估计就是《十里琴歌》了。

在那之后我也看了十四爷的，不过他的文就看得我很闹心。最后索性不看了，转而跑去看四四的文了。在里头也有不少好文，不过最喜欢的估计就是最近刚买回家了的《书虫在清朝的米虫生活》了吧。故事轻松幽默，百看不厌否则我也不可能花钱买回家收藏。

恩`。。。撇开清朝这个话题不提，最近我也忙着看韩剧。我终于把《原来是美男》看掉了，也看了《为你摘星星》。最近刚把《灰姑娘的姐姐》跟《贤内助女王》带回家看，不过还没有怎么动到。因为我被清穿文给拖住了。为了看这些文跟韩剧，我已经有一段时间没有碰过其他小说了。汗。。。看来我买回家的小说还有一段时间才会有心思去碰了。

Sick during CNY

sway right?! Lucky I am not the only one sick during CNY, Biyu is too ... And My aunt and cousin as well XDDD While I'm glad I'm not the only 'dao mei' one who is sick during this period of time, I am still rather sian that I can see all the CNY goodies and can't even eat them T.T

My Bah Kwa !!!! I haven't had a slice of it then I'm sick liao T.T Now I'm having a sore throat, so jia lat ... T.T lucky still can talk lah ... spend the whole of today reading novels XDDD Am going to continue later :P

Yay!!!! My sea shipment books have arrived!!!!

Arrived, they arrived !!! Am so happy and high, cause I get a chance to finally hold them ... :P

Once I reached home, I spend 45 mins on them wrapping them up with manual book covers. No choice, odd size no free cover to take from shop :(
So far only 书虫 I haven't get my hands on, since only 1 book came and I gave it to YuanJia first. So I wait for the next round lor :P

I absolutely had the temptation to start reading them now, but ... I feared that I would get hooked and wanted the next book immediately following my finishing what I had on hand. So how leh? I flipped through the 沉月之钥 already, and just the intro written by 御我 makes me wanted to wait for a few more books before reading. Cause it seems quite nice to read ...

鬼王is interesting too, but so far only 1 book is out. Okay, so if I read this first ... I won't get too excited to get the next book since it hadn't even came out yet ... As for 黑灵, I haven't flipped yet ... so dunno. But I need to lend Biyu on 1 Feb liao, so maybe I should indeed read at least 1 book from them all? Headache, dunno read what first ... :(

终于看完非关英雄3了。。。

经过将近1年的奋斗，我终于把非关英雄系列的第3本看完了。目前第4本也看到剩下不到一半了，估计来临的2月1日见到碧玉时就可以还给她了。 While returning her this two books, I'm gonna be lending her some of my collection as well including the new books that's gonna be arriving this Friday, namely tomorrow.

At the same time, I'm borrowing from her 吾命3-5 as well XD Have been putting off the series for long enough liao, cause I've been focusing on 特传before and now 非关. So I gathered its' now time to focus on 吾命. I'm thinking of starting 学园物语over the new year, and if I can understand the story like Biyu's sister I might officially start and continue that series. Since 主角之书 is still with Jing, as well as 倒霉盗贼.

Probably I'll start 桃源之药over the new year too ... then maybe book 2 of 风之王国 as well. If time allows it, 彩云国2 also ... I'll probably be finishing 非关4 by today... Let's see what books I can bring out together with 非关4 today ... :P

Okay, this is really really gonna be random and out of the blue ... but I realized, next time I better stick to taking photos with my webcam on my lappie. Why? Simple, because the process of transferring photos from my photo to my lappie took too bloody long, cause I can't seem to get my phone and lappie blue tooth function in sync. Transferring pictures from lappie to phone is easy enough, but not the other way round. I ended up having to post the pictures by linking to facebook first on my phone =_=

风之王国， the one other title which first catches my attention right after I bought 彩云国物语.

风之王国，前传 - 小说+漫画 A special combination of novel and comic, telling about the story of the main lead's loyal servant maid and knight.

Ah.... This is the pictures of the gifts given to me by Jing and Biyu, X'mas gift by Jing an Birthday Gift from Biyu. Love you gals! Especially, Biyu ... 吾命！！！ As for my b'dae gift, Jing says she order liao, not came yet ... so I got my x'mas gift first xDDD As for my gift to her, I just bought very very last min after work, and still managed to get a cute hairband for her LOL XD My gift to Biyu, I probably mentioned before ... its' shonen onmyouji novel bk 3 (which I gave her ages ago) XD X'mas gift wise, I didn't get her anything XD (Just treat it as 2 in 1, ok? XD)

Oh... This one, its' the series I am now reading ... I owe Biyu for like 1 year + already XD. Except bk 5 ... that was like 6 months ++ XD Am trying my hardest to complete at least bk 3 and return her before CNY approached again XD

压轴好戏来了！！！特殊传说II, my favorite series for the year XDDD Just finished part 1 like in the first week of Jan XDDD Then I proceeded on to Part 2 XD At first reading the shop's copies then got customer wanna borrow, so I return and borrow 3-7 of part 2 from Biyu. Thanks gal, you make my day (^_^ )

我已经彻底的无药可救了

Why? Reason being, I actually cancel a certain no. of comics just to get my hands on the novels =_=

I donated my set of 花与恶魔 to the shop, and am putting a temporary stop on my collection of comics, not all but at least a good whole 9 sets or so ... But I'm keeping my BL collection cause Jing is reading them. I stop my Kuroshitsuji, Bloody Monday S2, 足球骑士，天才麻将少女，彩云国漫画，少年刑警，草莓狂热，元气结神恋物语，可能还有一些不过我忘了。阿！对了，还有鶺鴒女神

I'm stopping them, just for the sake of getting novels for the new year XDDD but 彩云漫画 one of these days I'm going to order via sea to complete them XD Novels wise, 桃源之药12 would be the ending ... I'm not gonna buy it yet, cause I still got book 8-11 at Jurong XDDD

I finish 特传P2 volume 2 yesterday, and must wait till sat to get my hands on vol 3 via Biyu!!! Cause shop is pressing me to return part 2 , so I might as well borrow from biyu in future XDDD Later on , while I'm going to work ... I'm gonna start reading 非关英雄3 ... Have been putting it on hold long enough liao, I'm hoping to finish at least 1 book and return Biyu before CNY ... And if possible, 吾命2 as well ... Oh yes, and her 'Grace Door' 漫画too!!! :)

Temptations of the New Year!

Alright, I'm a hopeless case ... Despite the lack of money, I'm still going around looking at books and giving myself more temptations to give into. Although, I keep on emphasising on the fact that I do not want to get duplicated series which Jing or Biyu have on hand already ... I'm still finding it hard to resist the temptation - to get a particular series going by the name of 阎王的特别助理!!!!!

Why? Simple! It's summary is simply too irresistable and alluring for me to ignore!!!! Well, alternatively speaking because Jing only had bk 1 ... and its' already out till bk 5 ... Well, add in the fact that I am very much interested in the series, you get the point ^_^;; Hm...m... aside from the title I just mentioned, I have several other titles in mind to possibly get too ... For example, the below:

1. 禁忌之子 (Till bk 2 for now...)
2. 黑灵幻事帖 (Till bk 8 End)
3. 阎王的特别助理 (bk 1 - 5 currently), and Jing has bk 1 of it ...

So how? I also dunno, I can only says ... I know what to get Jing for her birthday already :P As for Biyu, its' standard :P At the rate I'm going, I wonder how am I going to concentrate on my work later on ... and not sure whether Angie is coming in later, cause her daughter high fever again... *Sigh* Right, let me consider things over first, then will decide which one to get ...

New Year, New Look!!!

Hi to everyone out there, (though I doubt there's anyone whom bothered to follow my blog ... since it's usually half-dead :P) Welcome to the year 2011!!!!

A whole new year with hopes and aspirations! It's now a time to move forward, with new resolutions in life. Though, I had not much new year resolutions to speak of - if anything, its' to pass my Grade 2 Flute practical taking place soon, and hopefully get to clear off my Grade 5 theory, so I can spend my money only on the flute practical :P

On my wishlist, there's now a new item going by the name of 'Portable DVD player' :) At least, that's what I hope I'll be able to get within this year ^_^

Like I say, New Year deserves a New Look! So I hope you people noticed that I had changed the banner on top of my blog entries!!! It used to be Athrun Zala, but now its' the SunKnight!!!! Wu Ming Qi Shi!!!! 吾命骑士！！！

I was just taking a look at my books collection last night, and I was going @_@ cause I didn't realized I had that much books!!! Bought but not read, so I make it a point to start reading them ... I'm currently reading book 1 of 'Kaze no Ohkoku' - 风之王国. Cause Biyu mentioned she's out of books to read, so she want to read this for fun :P Henceforth, my hurrying to finish up the book so I can lend it to her next time we meet :)

I'm planning to return those books which I borrowed from the Jurong outlet by this weekend, with the exception of the 5 books of 特殊传说Part2. Since those I haven't finished reading them yet. As for book 6 &7 I borrowed from Biyu instead of the shop ... For the upcoming sea freight, I went and place order for the following 2 books.

1. 鬼王异闻录 - 零之卷
2. 沉月之鑰系列 - 1

The second book has released till 8 so far, but I only ordered book 1 to try it out first. Though, I bet Biyu and Jing will finished before I had a chance to flip through them ... so I shall based on their comments before deciding to purchase the rest of the books for the series.

I realized I had more than enough books at home to read ... Below are the one I borrowed from Biyu.

I'm not dead yet ...

Alright, this blog had been half-dead over the past few months but worry not, I'm still very much alive am just lazy to update the blog...

As I mentioned earlier, I left YKAT and went back to AZ. Previously, in the month of Aug and Sep I was stationed at Clementi outlet. Then in Oct, I was transferred back to Jurong to handle the ordering job which I used to do. It takes me a few weeks to get accustomed back to my old field. Nonetheless, I survived it through.

Also in Oct, the clementi outlet finally makes its' move into the shopping mall opposite of their old site - West Coast Plaza. Seeing as I've been shifted to the Jurong outlet, I hadn't had a chance to visit its' new location yet.

Nov came by and passed, and now its' already the year-end December. This upcoming monday, the ordering "office" so called will be shifted to our Tanjong Pagar outlet. So over the past few days, I've been bringing home alot of barang barang .... and will slowly shifted them to Tanjong Pagar over the first week of the move.

Guess it will takes a few more weeks to get accustomed to the new location, since I had only been there for training for a day. Worst still, the staff over there with the exception of the 'manager' are kinda messy. Nothing is always been placed back to its' original place, and in fact there has been no fix place for their items used.

The thought of working there makes my head swell, and the daily duties are like a pile after adding in the ordering procedures ... mayhaps, I would have to OT on nearly every day basis to finished up the work load =_= Anyway, I'll be working OT today too ... to finish up several reports so YT won't be so lost tomorrow when she officially transferred back to Jurong.

Have officially taken over the updating of the AZ Comics Blog today, Bedok side wanna do a website, shall leave it to them ... whereas I'll be updating the blog in the shop cause Bedok keep on changing the password to the acct. Since Guoshi nv log out from the acct in clementi shop, I can only update the blog using the I.E over at the shop, and I signed up for a new email acct for clementi shop itself ... In order to access it without signing out of the old acct, such that we do not lose the access to the blogger site for AZ comics ... I've downloaded a new browser, Mozilla Firefox in Clementi. So that, we could keep both gmail acct logged in ...

Have updated last week's arrival yesterday afternoon, today I've done some modifications to the banner of the blog ... resize, and add in coral seaweed into the banner using online photo editor as we have no photoshop yet ... Change the layout again ... Then today, in the shop we sorted out alot of the MY novels ... and tomorrow there's more things to be sorted out ... busy week, I would say ...

New updates with my life

This blog is almost dead, for I had not been updating for months ... So I finally decided to update something here.

1st of all, I resigned from my job as admin assistant for YKAT towards the end of July. My last day with them was 14 Aug, and therefore I am now a free 'girl' again ^_^

2nd of all, I went back to my previous company - AZ Lifestyle Pte Ltd. I would be re-joining them officially next month, 1 Sep over at the Ginza outlet. Currently, I am working part-time for them.

So far I've covered for Bedok on 8 Aug, and then subsequently on sundays for Ginza between 6pm to 9 pm. Then on 19 Aug, I covered Ginza for the whole day and I would be doing so too for the upcoming monday as well. Starting upcoming week, I would be helping out at the Ginza store in the morning for packing purposes. Namely, because the shop would be moving into West Coast Plaza soon. Most likely sometime next month.

Anyway, news had it that Miss A might be coming back soon ... Thought of it makes me Sianz leh ... Nevermind, shall leave it to Mr G.S to handle A & C & W ... Speaking of which, I would need to speak with W about my future duties soon, before he went back to KL again. He would be back in SG with C tomorrow onwards ...

Once moved into WCP ... the store might have to operate on public holiday too, this is to ensure that we can get more sales in order to cover the high overhead. Today Jamie did a rough estimation of the amt of sales we should be earning once moved into the new shop, I get a little overwhelm ... Therefore, I think we should think of something to promote the new store and all ... Shall discuss it with G.S again, soon ...

Yesterday, 19 of June ... XH, Shuhua & Evelyn went Taiwan ... and they will be back only this upcoming Thursday. Sigh, tomorrow is a day whereby I will be at work with no sms pal available T.T

Anyway, 19 of June is also my first time out with my colleagues after work, sometime at night. We went clubbing, at Zirca Clark Quay, At first they wanna go Zouk but Zouk is having an event so we switch venue. Of course, Boss' son is the one whom pay for the cover charges for us all :P

When we reach it was still early, so we went TCC for coffee. Over there, I chatted with YN about GS/GSD events ^^ I left the place with Debbie and Terence, as well as Xiao Feng ... XF went chinatown after leaving the pub, and I went home alone in a cab. Thank god, one whole row of available cabs is along that area ... so going home is not a problem. Reach home about 12.45am ... and went to bed almost immediately. Overall, its' a nice trip ... and quite a memorable event.

In terms of studies wise, I finally get to know my grades for the FS paper which I retook and the FM paper result. However, I am still waiting to know my BIS results that has yet to be released. I managed to clear the FS/FM paper, lucky me ... else had to re-module liao ^^;;

I've waited so bloody long for this precious resting day ^_^ Company just employed new driver, our previous driver resigned ... Am glad that I managed to clear at least the work for this week ^_^ Shan't think about Monday, for I do not want to spend my off-day fretting over the possibility of how hectic the new week might be ...

Today after work, I went to Jurong AZ instead of the Ginza outlet. Bought the June issue of the 'Ke Mi Zhi' and borrowed several books :) Talk with Jamie a bit, and as usual I self-service down there lor :P

William is there as well ^_^ lucky this time he never try to 'brag' about how good AZ is ... and all that, else I think I would roll my eyes thrice and more ... Because my time spend at Jurong AZ is so wonderful that I am late for my flute class ^^;; Well, I'll be sure to control myself next week ... and hopefully, I won't be late for lesson again ^^

Bad start to a week ....

Bad start of week, this has been.
1st, I am sick ... heaven knows how long this illness will continue to harass me ...
2nd, I hate my bro. Just because he spills water onto his lappie, he had to blame my pc table for being too small... argh!!! I could scream just at the thought of it, then he proceed to rant and rave about the cabinets/cupboard in our house. Then he muttered something about wanting to throw them all out =_=

Then today, he actually vandalized our own house living's room wall by writing 'I hate this home' in Chinese =_= If he hated this place, then he might as well scoot off and stop ranting and raving about how he wanted to throw things out and buy new ones, why waste his own money on some place whereby he had claimed to be hating !!! Grrr!!!!

3rd, stress level at work is at its peak again =_= Dump in the fact that I am sick, and when boss hurried me ... I'm a little distracted, and cock things up... kenna a lecture from him ... T.T (I really wanted to say its' not my fault, or at least I didn't mean to cock things up for him ) but I can't say anything contradicting to him, for the fact that I knew he was mad at another guy as well ...

I know in work, its' all about cooperation, coordination and teamwork. I'm trying my best to adapt to the new environment and lifestyle of the company and colleagues. But I'm sick, and probably the trend will continue all the way for this week, so its' tremendously hard for me to get things done the 'right' way if they keep on hurrying me ... and now I'm dreading wednesday more, because that is when i have to really rush as I have class that night T.T I wanna drop dead and just die ...

Hectic start to another week, this morning started out slow ... then progresses on to a faster pace work schedule. 2 more pending orders to add on to the list, just the thought of it makes me frown.

Thankfully, I managed to get some filing done today ... but still, tomorrow I need to go in early again =_= cause I still had some documents to sort and certain accessories to take ... Sian, dun wanna think about it liao. Am currently waiting patiently and earnestly for XH to give me a call to update me about her interview at the Quek Industrial Building today :P

She says she will call me tonight one, so I am patiently waiting for her ^_^ Today's pay-day!!! Wee! hm..m.. 13 days already earned what I would earn while working 1 month with AZ on part-time basis ^_^ Happy, but still am tired from the workload ... Oh, did I ever mentioned about me dreading Monday, Wednesdays and Thursdays?!

Dreaded Mondays - because of Monday's Blues ... Wednesday, because of school at night and I would have to rush through my work like a crazy lunatic just because I must finished everything before 5pm ... and Thursday, because I had a late night on Wednesday and its' incredibly hard for me to wake up early on Thursday morning, I get very lethargic and lazy on Thursday morning ... And so, my attention on Thursday and Fridays are always easily distracted ....

Today's 2nd day of my work without CianYin to guide me, and it already makes me wanna find a corner and hide while tearing out my eyes. Absolutely stressful, if I really had to find something to describe it. Especially, today ... Had went in at 8.22 due to my inability to finish the invoice and delivery orders yesterday evening. Then I knock off only at 6pm after I finished the invoice needed to be issued out tomorrow.

Lucky, I managed to clear out the majority of the stuff today... I'm only left with the door knobs which I had yet to pack, most probably I'll go in earlier tomorrow to pack it. Then I'll need to note down the number of things which I need to do stock adjustments for, and hopefully tomorrow won't be as busy as today ... Else, I don't think I can survive it, my energy is running on low and my 'tank' is half-empty already. I'm all the more looking forward to this upcoming friday, for its' a public holiday and that I can finally just drop everything and unwind and re-charge for 24 hours until I'm back to face another 1/2 day worth of hell-hole (whereby I know the first thing to do is to do the Manjusri Sec Sch order... cause it need to be deliver the following week). Oh Yes, sat is also the day whereby I need to do the manual stock adjustments consolidations too...

I'll see if I have time for filing tmr, if not I try to squeeze it into Thursday slot. if not... I'll have a lot to file on Sat, and I know if I wanna go back on time ... on Sat, I need to get rid of my filing before holiday comes around. I initially planned to do my theory today, but so far I had yet to do so ... cause I am really tired out by all these things ... and if this Friday is going to be used for projects ... I'll really dropped dead.

Right, my 1st week came to an end today. ^_^ So far so good, managed to learn most if not all of the things that Cian Yin used to be doing. Except that I still had no ideas on how to take orders. Am still getting used to memorizing the code for the product.

Buying lunch wise its' so far alright, today's my first day buying lunch for everyone due to the fact that CianYin and Debbie had something to discuss. But the thought of buying lunch makes me feel sian, cause dunno wat to buy sometimes.

Starting next week, I'm on my own. Hope that I won't make any big mistakes, this week I had made a few slight minor mistakes on my part =_= Am getting used to making phone calls to clients already, especially to teachers ... I find that I love Sat the most, cause it has the shortest working hours ever :P

P.S. Aside from getting adjusted to my new working environment, I found that I'm getting a little nolgastic about my past working environment, as well as the good old schooling days/years.

I still visit AZ on weekly basis, though due to my laziness ... I don't go on daily basis :P Nonetheless, I had a tentative schedule fix that I intend to stick to on regular basis ... Strictly speaking, Saturday are meant for Ginza outlet ... but I won't always drop by there, one could say I'll show up every alt. sat? The other sat might give it to the Jurong outlet, but am still not sure at the moment.

So far I've decided to drop by Jurong outlet once per week, this two weeks is tentatively fix on Monday. As for Saturday, it will depend on whether I would drop by Ginza. If I do drop by Ginza, then I will forgo my plans for going over to Jurong. If not, most probably I would drop by ... for more time to chat with the colleagues over there. I really missed them badly ...

I missed my primary/secondary school days as well as my ITE days. Funny that I actually missed my sec school days, considering that I do not have much of the happy memories during those years of my life. Still, I found myself looking back on those days and I did missed the time spend in the school, much to my fascination. I missed my teachers and principals, but quite a number of them were no longer teaching there. Even the principal had changed again, and hence it makes me a little reluctant to go back and visit the school despite the fact that I wishes very much to do that. HKSS had recently been torn down and rebuilt, and thus my reasons for wanting to go back there to have a look.

As for my primary school, its' no longer around. It has now merged with JPS and are using a new school building that had been rebuilt on the old site of BLPS. I do know that my form teacher for P5/P6 is still teaching there, but still I do not feel comfortable with the idea of visiting the new school. Let's just hope that there will be another reunion party for the Class of 6/4, 1999 soon ...

brief entry on 1st day of work

okay, so today's my first day of work. Nothing much, just getting trained and getting used to the working environment down there. Apparently, I'm employed to take over Cian Yin. She's guiding me now, as her last day of work is this sat. After which, I will be taking over all her job scope. That includes, generating invoice, delivery order, data entry on other things, topping up of water, ordering of cartridges/toners, arranging deliveries and buying lunch for those whom are staying in the office.

A little overwhelming, but not exactly disoriented. Hopefully tomorrow will be better, shall update again soon. Cya!

Yes, I found a job ... after about 18 job applications, 7 interviews ... I finally managed to get a job! Wee!!! Hurray!

So, I got the position of Admin Assistant at Ying Kwang Acrylics Trading. Its' a 5.5 work week job, 8.45am to 5.30pm for Mon to Fri, and 8.45am to 2pm on a Saturday. The salary offered is about 1360, which is within the range of what I've been expecting. Annual leave of 7 days, with 1 day extra for every year that I work for them. I can only start clearing leave after completion of 1 year. Before that, Should I intend to take any days off it would be considered as no-pay leave.

I'll be starting work on 17 May, :)

Attire is casual, which is good :P Then again, cause we are not using the office upstairs, and instead would be working downstairs together with the fabrication department ... there would be no air-con, only got fans. Well, I'll just treat it as though I am back to school working in the school D&T workshop :P

Environment is fine, a little relaxing which I believed I would enjoy. Cause its' not full of office politics and stress :P Moreover its' situated at Toh Guan Road East, whereby its; near to IMM and my home XD Let's cross the fingers and hope that I would have a wonderful time working with my new colleagues ^_^

hm...m... am still jobless at the moment, hopefully that will change soon. =_=

Went for 3 more interviews since the KKH and SPF thing. First being the Gleam Consulting, didn't know how they got to know the fact that I am looking for a job and called me down for interview. I am almost certain that I did not apply to that position of their company.

They are an employment agency looking for recruiters. If I say 'OK' on the spot, most likely I'll be holding a job liao. They explained to me all the job scope and the benefits of their staff, but I say I want to consider first cause I myself think I am not cut out to be a recruiter, but more of a candidate to an employment agency. =_=

2nd interview is for Systmz Pte Ltd at Joo Koon. They say will notify me of the result in a week, till now no news so most likely - its' a gone case. Very Ulu area, no food center in sight =_=.

today's interview is at Setsco Pte Ltd in Teban Garden Crescent, also kind of Ulu. Have to go damn far to buy food, dun even know how to go there. Shall ask around if I am being employed by the company. Bus stops is so far, dunno where to go so I go back to the bus stop where I dropped off earlier for the interview. Took bus 178 again, and went to JP interchange then transfer bus home =_=

Office hours is 9 to 6pm, 5 days week. On contract basis, for 2 years and will be renewable if performance is good. OT are being paid, but no allowance given. See how first lah, see if there's more interviews coming in and if they wanted me =_=

SHE Concert & job interviews thingy ...

15 April, went for the SPF interview which I had been short-listed for. Can't remember much details liao, only that I feel as though I was going for an audition. =_= There's about 6 ppl (all heads of department) in the room where the interview was being held. Not hoping much for the job though, seems rather hard to get as there's quite a number of potential candidate that came for the interview.

Also, there's the fact that I think I did not leave them with quite a good impression. Was kind of tongue-tied and panicky when the interview was going on. Well, shrugs ... they says if there's any news they'll notify me in 2 weeks time ... see how lah, by end of the month no news then I can forget about the SPF thing liao.

17 April, went for SHE concert. Eve came over to my apartment block downstairs and fetch me, then we went to Bugis Junction to have dinner at Seoul Garden. After that, Eve drove us to the Indoor Stadium for the SHE concert. The concert was great, although we can't see them clearly from where we sat but at least with 'Zoom' we can somehow 'mian qiang' see them :P Well, anyway I was looking at the screen for more than half the time :P

19 April - received a call from KKH, (more like I was awaken from my sleep by the call) to go for an interview for the position of Ward Clerk which I had applied via the Jobstreet Portal.

22 April, went to KKH early morning. Worried that I might be late, am supposed to reach by 8.30am so I get my mom to wake me up by 6.30am. Then about 6.45am went downstairs to the bus stop at block 303 to take bus 66. Boarded the bus about 7 am and reach KKH about 8am, so I'm 30 mins early. By reaching KKH, I meant reaching the HR department by 8 am not the main entrance =_= so I over-estimated the traveling time its' not as long as I've been expecting.

HR department opens at 8.30am, I reach at 8 am. Half an hour early, dunno do what... Lucky I got bring along novels to read, so I read until the department opened up and I could finally go in and report for the interview. The interview lasted about 30-45mins, before I finally left for home. Honestly, truth be told I very much hoped that I would be able to get this job for I find this working environment more appealing than the SPF ... *Sigh* Now I could do nothing but wait until Monday and see if there's any news coming in.

BLPS Class 6/4 (1999) 1st Reunion!

Had a fun time last night, meeting up with classmates about 11 years ago!!! Woah! Time do passes by in a flash of light, although not everyone turned up for the dinner and its' like only 8 ppl including the teacher Mr. Kamarudin himself. It has been an eventful day.

we chatted and have dinner, then Mr. Kamarudin went on to tell his life story (sort of like incredibles tales). Ended the gathering about 12 am, woah! Lucky Alfred got car, then he send us all back home - namely those in Jurong areas. XD

Thanks Alfred! You are the best!!! Hopefully, the next gathering we could see more ppl joining us eh?! XD

Some updates on the week

First off, Exams status...

One down and two more to go. Took the Financial Strategy paper yesterday, and all I can say now is to hope that the teacher will take pity on me and let me passed. Given up on 1 questions worth 20 marks, cause I had no idea what the heck it was asking, the remaining 80 marks, I could only hoped for the best T.T I did study, but end up coming out 3 topics which I did not make it a point to study, cause I don't understand a single bit out of the text =_=

Now, I have 2 more papers to prepare for. Financial Management and Business Information System, I'm gonna start revising for it in a while's time. In the meantime, I just wanted to get something off my chest.

Send out about 6 job applications over the past month, and finally I received another call from the SPF calling me down to interview ... Wee!!! Okay, happy enough but still the venue for the interview is at Novena. When I first saw the email notifying me of the details of the interview, I was going @@. Well, thankfully the email came attached with the directions of how to get there ... cause the address is something I had never seen before =_= ... I lived in Jurong some more, Novena was like 2 train transit and 16 stops away ... Well, at least its' not that far as compared to Bedok which is like 19 stops away from Jurong =_=

Also, I'm having a primary school gathering reunion party this sunday XDDD Mr Kamarudin will be joining, :P Found back all the lost classmates of the class 6/4 on facebook too :P

April Fool - literally is a day whereby everyone get fooled.

Here I thought, my last day of work is finally here. Then at about 10 am, Jamie told me the bad news of the books being stuck at the Singapore Cargo and will only be here on Saturday. Shit! There goes another day of my freedom, here I was hoping that I could finally have the time to study. now its' one more day more of work, and one lesser day to study T.T

That's not the end of it, then boss says he 'okay-ed' too much food fair venue that he failed to take into consideration of manpower shortage. Since Jamie have to be away, and the new girl had no idea what to do with the Weekly fixed order, I have to go back on the 10th of April to work another day. That will then be my official last day =_=

Well, now I could only hoped my exams I'll be able to clear through them without anymore failures as I really do not wish to retake anymore modules T.T

Dunno what to say, seems like my desktop is no longer agreeing with me. I think there's something wrong with the power cord of the desktop. cause the CPU is no longer working regardless of what I do with it. Henceforth, I'm down to using my laptop. Luckily, my internet connection is not affected despite the failure in my desktop operations.

Went to watch Yona Yona Penguin today at PS with xinhui. Then make a trip down to ginza outlet ... received a call from Jamie asking me to extend my last working day by 1 day. so my last day would be 1 of April, April's fool day.

I dun think I am used to my laptop screen and keyboard at this point of time, my eyes hurt from staring at the screen and my fingers do not type that well on the laptop keyboard then my desktop ones. =_= Nonetheless, I have to make do. I think that's all for now, shall blog again next time.

Rainy Day and Gloomy Mood

Its' a raining sat morning, I specifically told my mom to drag me out of bed before she left for work this morning. Reason, I dun wanna be late for work and I had several things to do before work today.

1. Have to go bank in money for the shop, bank at Jurong West Blk 502. Operated until 11.30am only, so I have to go early. Hoping to reach by 10.30am. Therefore, I needed to wake up latest by 9am.

2. Collect HK comics at Boon Lay. I just realized I forgot to take the book which belong to Boon Lay home yesterday. It just slipped from my mind, I guess. Nvm ... Jamie can delivered it next wed.

I'll either sweep & mop the floor today or tomorrow, probably tomorrow as I intend to finish up my majority of the paperwork today. Shilin coming in at 5pm, I hope I can finish as much as possible before she came in and distracted me from doing so.

3. Lethargic day this has been thus far. As its' raining, the weather makes me wanna lie still on my bed and not moving a single inch. Too bad, have to go work today so I have to literally forced and dragged myself out from the bed.

Finish reading the 2 new books which I borrowed from the shop yesterday. Yesterday's sales is pathetic, I hope today would be better else I might have the boss chasing after me for reasons. I've with me bk 1 to 9 of the series 'Bartender' which Alan lend me yesterday, I had yet to touch them. However, I have every intention in mind to finish it by Monday night so that I can pass them over to Jing - such that she could read and pass them back to Alan on 27 March.

4. Have been in a gloomy mood recently, had no idea why though ... Lets' hope my mood will improve over the next week. Perhaps its' all the stresses getting to me already, speaking of which I really need to get down to studying soon. I haven't been touching my text for like how long? No idea, but I really need to get down to them soon.

I need to prepare to study at least 5 chapters for each subject, maybe I can just picked 5 and concentrated on them? I have 3 subjects to study for, so I need to study a total of 15 chapters. Below are the dates to take note:

7 April - Financial Strategy (2-5pm)
13 April - Financial Management (2-5pm)
14 April - Business Information System (2-5pm)

All the three subjects, I had to die die pass this time around. I think I'll take all my notes with me today and see which one I am in the mood for later this afternoon. I can't procrastinate any longer for the exam is coming up real soon. This is no theory exam for music, so I can't not study for them ... *Sigh* speaking of which, I've got to notify Ms. Wee about the fact that I had exams on the two days and would need to switch timing for my flute classes. Mid-week update

Today is a quiet day, why? cause lil' bro is off to work at tuas as a packer ^^;; finally no one to ask me go around buying things for them liao XD

This is a very sian week ^^;; cause this weekend Jamie is off at food fair, so no choice lor. Me have to cover her days ... The thought of Shilin would be coming over on friday and saturday makes me feel complicated. Part of it was 'fine' with the arrangement cause that means if I get too bored I can have someone to talk to, another part of me was dreading the arrangement cause she's one very long winded person whom would question the same thing over and over again.

So what did I do up till now?

15 Mar - Work lor, what else. Finally met the son of Mr.Ong, who's taking over the finance part.

16 Mar - Met up with Jing over at Ginza. Didn't borrow books that day, only Jing did. cause I still have loads of bks at home. Got back my Hana book 4 from Jing. We both top up 30 bucks, and get double the amt XD but that's after we went for food, a very late lunch at the Subway of West Coast Plaza.

17 Mar - Stayed home and rot for the whole day. Flute lesson was canceled as my teacher have something on to do. So she will arrange for a make up lesson soon. Did not get much reading done as XH popped by in the afternoon and we played tarot again :P

Theory Exam and Shopping Spee at Bugis!!!

Went for theory exam Grade 3 at SMU - school of business this morning. Despite trying to be on time, I'm still late for 10 minutes. Luckily, I can still finish the paper on time. You know what's the most embarrassing thing for me today at the exam venue? Thing is, cause I'm late I've got no time to set my phone to silent before entering the exam hall. Imagine my horror when my mobile phone signal an incoming sms message while I'm on the verge of starting the paper ...

Damn paiseh man! Anyway, the paper finished at 11.30am ... and since I had about 2 hrs to spare. I walked down to Bugis Junction, at first I took the wrong turn and nearly ended up at orchard instead. So I have to U-turn, and change direction =_=

Since I didn't have time for breakfast this morning, I went to Jco Donuts and have some donuts before meeting up with my pals. Funny thing, there's no plate ... okay fine, I'm alright with the box. Then most ridiculously, there's no tissue given nor was there any fork and knife despite the fact that I had specified that I would be having the donuts 'dine-in'.

I ended up emptying my own share of tissue, since the donuts are kinda messy to eat. After wards, I had to go to the washroom to clean my hands still cause' they are still kind of sticky. Nevermind, after donuts... I realized that I still had about an hr to spare so I went up to where the fountain was situated. Found a place to sit and then started to read the novels which I've brought out with me.

I've brought along 4 novels, but ended up only finishing 1 book. Which I supposed is good enough, another book I've started a few pages before giving up on the idea entirely and decided to simply just listen to my mp3 while waiting for my pals to arrive. Reason being, I do not want to 'cry' in public due to the story plot =_=

Right, after Shuhua and Xinhui arrived we went to Ma Maison for lunch. We all had curry rice set ^^ which was good enough, I supposed. Except that the chicken is a little too salty so we did not finished it all. After lunch, we went shopping around bugis junction first. Cause we are waiting for Evelyn to join us at a later point of time, cause she need to bring her car to service first (in Malaysia).

After which, we went to bugis street to shop. Which I finally bought 1 top blouse for future office work purposes. Shuhua and Eve each bought a top as well, then Shuhua bought a pair of new shoes. Then we dropped by Illuma as I need to use the toilet, and I absolutely dislike the idea of using the toilet at bugis street ^^;; finds it a little too unhygienic.

After Bugis Street, we went to 'This Fashion' where Shuhua bought a pair of dress pants, Eve bought a dress. I myself purchased two more attire that's suitable and could be considered as part of the office wear attire. After that, we went back to Bugis Junction for dinner where we had noodles and buns ' xiao long bao' (Yummy!!!)

After dinner, we went back to 'Miss Emily' where shuhua decided to buy a lolita style top blouse and a short outside coat for herself ^_^ Last stop is neoprint station, before we all wrapped it up as a day and went back to where Eve parked her car and drove us all home :)

Overall its' an eventful and fulfilling shopping trip, today ^_^ Nonetheless, the sheer idea that I would have to work tomorrow makes me feel sianz. Nvm, I still had tuesday and wednesday block free... Probably I'll stay home over the two days to rot in my piles of novels ^_^ Had a lot of them to read ... then after which, I'm scheduled to work from 18/3 all the way to 22/3 before I'm on off again on the 23rd of March. Alright then, shall update again next weekend or the week after. Depends on my mood and if there's any event worth blogging about ^_^ Cya!

Okay, so what's up with me today?

First, the gals and I meet up at shuhua place this afternoon to discuss about the booth thingy taking place on 27 Mar.

Also to confirm the timing to meet them next week, on 13 Mar at bugis after my theory exam. Right, and I owe Evelyn $5.25 for the mcdonald delivery this afternoon. Also, I had yet to pay the $11.70 to Natsu for the tee-shirt which I took a few weeks ago. Its' decided that I'll be paying for the receipt/cash sale book using what I owe Natsu. The remaining I'll transfer to Natsu afterwards.

Right, so in the late afternoon ... I traveled down to Ginza AZ to have fun with Biyu and Jing cause' its' Jing last day working at AZ. Bought a cake at Oiishi Bakery - which Jing and I share cost to celebrate her last day of work. ^__^

Return Biyu book 1 of No Hero, and borrowed book 2 of 'Legend of Sun Knight' from her. Although, I haven't even finish book 1 yet :P

I'm booked up for the rest of March, so most probably I'll only get to meet Biyu at Ginza sometime next month. Since my official last day of work would be on 31 Mar 2010.

Ms. Helen would be taking over the issues relating to the HR starting from today onwards. So most likely my last month of work would be peaceful?! No more last minute notifications, I hope? ^^;; Right, don't know much yet for now. Hopefully, Jamie will fill me in on Monday. I'll go in and see what I can do for tomorrow.

Hm..m... probably should get started on my revision for the exams, but haven't been in the mood to do so for the past few days. =_= thought of studying makes me wanna sleep leh ... but still, have to do some studying. Shopping Trip to JP and some thoughts...

Okay, my mood is kind of messed up right now. A little grumpy but not exactly unhappy or mad. Just grouchy and grumpy, dunno whether it has anything to do with my menstrual cycle or what. Anyway, just feeling moody lah!

This morning, Irene (Ex-schoolmate) canceled out on me. That's fine, cause our lunch appointment was kind of arrange at a very last minute too. Anyway, no harm done in her canceling out on me. I have other plans in mind also, just a matter of executing them earlier or later only.

Since Irene canceled our lunch meeting, I went directly to Ginza outlet. Before that, went to West Coast Plaza to buy sushi for Jing and myself. To which, have to remind her to pay me for the sushi this sat. Right, so far so good ... nothing much though I'm a little frustrated by all the noises produced by the nearby renovation work of the coffee shop next door.

I left Ginza at about 5pm, then traveled by MRT train to JP to meet up with Shu Hua and Xinhui. Went for dinner at Pepper Lunch with them both, then go to Fair Price Xtra to shop for my pads as I am running out on them liao. Then my socks decided to fail on me, spoilt halfway. Bo bian, at first wanna go buy socks one than I say nevermind just went to get shuhua office wear can liao. So we started hunting for suitable office wears.

Am tempted to buy some too, but too bad either the clothes cutting only have small sizes or that their largest size can't fit me at all. Darn! buy clothes for myself is always a chores! Cause nothing ever fits! Especially those button-down type!!!

That darken my mood, but I tried not to let it affect me. Since technically its' Shuhua whom needed to buy them now, and not me. In the end she managed to buy a piece of clothing from Dano. I want also dun't have ... T_T

Next month I'm changing jobs, probably to office environment. So I'm now planning for a shopping trip to buy myself some of those desperately needed office wear. I'm planning it to be on 13 March, cause the rest of my saturdays are fully booked!

6 Mar - Farewell party at Ginza for Jing! And I have my own reason for desperately wanting to be there on that day~!

20 Mar - Would be working! Most likely! Cause boss have some kind of fair again =_=

27 Mar - SMU Bazaar for Natsu. Would be selling clothes then, where got the time to buy clothes for myself!

Although, 13 MaR I've got theory examinations too. But at least that one was in the morning! Exam started at 10. It will last for 1.5 hrs, which means will end about 11.30am. Unless I intended to just go home after the paper, I have more than enough time to shop on that day. So I'm planning to meet the girls at Bugis that day. Still, so far only confirm that they are supposed to be free on that day. However, they had yet to give me the timing for the meeting up and the waiting/meet-up venues at Bugis.

The process of waiting for their confirmation is far too distressing for me to stay calm for even one minute. Hopefully they can give me an answer soon, so I dun't have to wait until bloody last minute to ask my other friends whether they wanna go shopping with me. I preferred to be planned ahead of time. Especially is the case if I do not want to shop alone, cause knowing me ... shopping alone = no shopping done at all. Cause' I most probably would just go back home and stay home to rot. Otherwise, its' off to shop at bookstores or places like Daiso or supermarket. Cause that is the only place where I can tahan shopping alone.

I'm not good at shopping for clothes, and dreaded such clothes shopping spee if I had no absolute need to buy any. But when I really find the need to buy, I do not have any idea as to what I should get. Cause if I'm alone, I usually only go for the cheapest one in store not caring to even try on to see if it suited me. So long the size fits me, I'll most probably heck care and just grab and go. Therefore, its' absolutely important for me to find ppl to shop with if I am going out to shop for clothes! Thus, Evelyn and Shuhua ... kindly discuss the details among urselves and sms me later can?!!

Try not to take longer than a week to let me know of the outcome, cause if you two decided not to join me there... I'll have to ask someone else liao, ppl like my cousin (who I desperately hope is willing to help me out and not going out with boyfriend) or my soon-to-be ex-colleague Jing. To which, I hope had the time and is willing to help me out on this thing. So please please let me know soon okay?! Else, may have to resort to broadcasting on facebook and advertise and see if ppl are willing to go shopping with me (T.T)

March has finally comes around...

Seems like March - April is a busy month for me. Majority of my saturdays in March are booked up, that reminded me that I desperately need to save up money to return my Mom. Hopefully, when I get a new job my financial ability would be better and more stable. I think I'll leave my last 50 bucks of my Red Packets collected in the new year for 27 March purposes. Who knows what Shuhua and Eve wanna eat that day for lunch/dinner.

Speaking of which, I need to check my bank balance later and see how much money I've got left that I'll be able to touch. Need to survive next 2 weeks on them, until I get my pay check for the month of Feb. I wonder how much I'll be able to earn in the month of March, as the pay is what that's gonna make me through the month of April.

April is a month that's full of Examinations for me, so I really needed the time to study. Maybe I should go around hunting and see where would be a good place for me to concentrate on my studies? I know its' definitely not my own house... cause there's tons and loads of distraction keeping me away from my text books. Maybe I can go into the shop and study? Let's see how things goes first ...

Right, and I need to find time to go Daiso to buy more comics bag to store my novels and comics alike. I wonder how long its' going to take me to clear the below series of comics and novels which I still has it in store. I had every intention to clear them soon, but depending on the situation it may takes me up till May to finish clearing what I have there for now.

Change Layout again

Apparently, I've changed my layout again. Getting back to the basic ^_^

Anyway, Stress is the understatement for this month. With Jamie frequently being away, I'll have to take over the majority of the ordering which I find it extremely stressful. I'm looking forward to the end of March, since I'll be switching to an office job by then.

Jing is leaving on 6 of March, I'll be buying a cake over to AZ Ginza then to have a farewell party for her that day :P Biyu will be joining us ^_^

Let's all look forward to the future meeting up following her departure ^_^ See whether its' once a week, or once a month :) Jamie says between Biyu, Jing and myself we could form a group of three musketeers. 三剑客

Following end of March, I've decided that I'll be frequenting Jurong AZ on Friday and AZ Clementi on Saturday. Cause Sat is when BiYu will be there :P That is, if nothing crops up at the last minute. :)

One of my colleague is leaving the company soon, I myself on the other hand would be leaving by end of March too. Although, I'll be leaving AZ ... I'll still be frequenting both the Jurong and Clementi outlet on regular basis. Probably once a week? Friday to Jurong, and Sat to Ginza?

I've started to apply for new job liao, though I made it a point to state my date of availability to be after 17 April. Speaking of which, Eve is treating all of us to SHE concert at Singapore Indoor Stadium on 17 April ^_^

Yay! Banzai! Hurray! for Eve! Although, I wonder why though? Got bonus ah?! Now I hope that I would be able to get through my re-exam for Financial Strategy and Business Information System module. Dun wanna remodule liao, =_=

Yes, I know I haven't been updating for like months and all... but well, as you can see. I'm still very much alive.

Right, so what have I been doing recently? Mostly work, am scheduled to work for the majority of the days up until CNY. =_=

Due to the stress, I've taken up to the hobby of reading novels and buying a whole lot of light novel series these days. Have to drown myself in the world of novels in order to forget what's happening in real life these days.

Am partially reading Saiunkoku Monogatari recently, as I have a chinese fic in relation to the series. Have also read the book 1 of Shonen Onmyoji online, as well as the volume 1 of GOSICK novel. Have recently started on the series Seiken no Blacksmith, novel as well. However, I've only read like 1 chapter of that.

I'm looking forward to this saturday, 6 feb. cause then, I'll be able to borrow a novel from a customer over at the Ginza outlet. I've ordered quite a number of novels these days, and I just hope that the paycheck will come in soon, preferably before new year so I can purchase back the novels and drown myself in them during CNY. Speaking of which, I'm running low on my money already... when's the paycheck coming T.T

Right, running out of time. best to get started on my novel for the day. ^_^ Seeya!

Birthday Celebration Update

On 7 november, SH, Eve celebrated XH and my birthday together. We first went to watch a movie at West Mall - my girlfriend is an agent. The movie was well 'funny' on the overall standards ... but because I didn't bring my spects on that day ... couldn't catch all the words. Because the dialogue is in korean I dont understand them either.

Afterwards, went to JP to eat dinner at Kushinbo ... Buffet style, one person about 39.90 ... Overall, its' ok ... but I think I eat too much shashimi that day. Now see Shashimi wanna run ... anyway, after that went to Safra to K-box. Started from the Jap songs, then slowly moved to the chinese songs.

I still owed SH about 19.52 for the K-session, will pay her after my pay check is cleared. cause she paid with her credit card first ... ^^

Have another short session with my colleague, and celebrating my birthday on belated scale and another colleague in advance on 15 nov. Damn, today ... Jamie going off at 5pm cause she have driving lesson and I'll be alone at work until 9.30pm. Wah lao ... stressed sia, boss asking why income so poor ... want me to say what?

Then, yesterday call those customers which owes books ... and its' like ... dozen of time never on phone ... what you expect me to do ? call hse also nobody response ... some worst, on third ring transfer to fax.

Right, a little about the fic thingy ... I'm now going back to chinese fandom again ... Posted 2 fics on JJWXC ... one on saiunkoku and the other is a corda/pot fic. Somehow, I find that the review for saiunkoku is better ... nvm, I'll just go ahead and post the corda/pot fic. That one easier to write, in the meantime ... I shall see what I can write for the saiunkoku.

having a killer headache now, so I had no exactly idea of what I am typing.

Anyway, I've managed to pass my flute grade 1 exam. Which is, I supposed a good news since I paid about 100 ++ myself, and if I did not pass it would be a waste of money.

Moving on, am kinda obsessed with red wine/white wine recently. After reading a series of manga on the said topic.

For the next two weeks, with Jamie away ... to the fair I'll have to do basically a lot of things and its' stressing/frustrating me out to no end. I'm procrastinating, and I'm gonna be in a rush tonight but well ... who cares, am not really in a mood to work right now, unless I get something out of my nervous/systems!

I'm short of money, badly! Had tons and lots of bks piling up in shop waiting for me to clear, and I need to buy XH's gift too. Need to pay my phone/internet bill, then save up for christmas. Spend about 63 bucks yesterday at Bugis on a new pair of shoes, cause' the shoes which I borrow from mom spoilt on the way there.

Although, I claimed the money back from my mom. She says, I'm not getting any money from her for my birthday celebration cause she says to use the new pair of shoes as a birthday present to me. Alright then, guess I'll have to borrow money from her on 7 nov for XH and my b'dae celebration, combined with what's remaining from yesterday's budget.

So yesterday, we celebrated Shu's Birthday at Bugis area. We had japanese cruisine for lunch and then play games in the Arcade, after which went for a movie. Then we went to Bugis junction for dinner, and took neo prints. Special thanks to Shu for managing to keep the budget within 60-70 bucks, cause' I'm really poor this month.

Went home about 10pm, I reached home just 15 mins before 12am. Took bus 700A with XH, then alight and transfer to bus 180 at BP Interchange. Slept about 1 am this morning, so my mind and mental strength is not that good today. Am a little restless and finding it hard to concentrate.

Woke up at 9am this morning, and then lesson for flute at 10 am. I had theory homework to do, and tons and loads of work in the shop. 2 hours into work now, and I've only accomplished like 20% of my workload today. =_=

Thursday, I'll be more sian. Have to do 'Zig-Zag' trip before work, go to Boon lay bus interchange/MRT to pick up a newbie at work and then show him how to get to Boon Lay Shopping Centre to collect the HK Comics (Since he's alone on saturday, with Jamie away at the fair). Because he had to live so damn far away and not sure where the heck is Boon lay shopping centre ... I have to be his tour guide. Damn, so mafan!

Make me take a roundabout trip all over the west areas of Jurong =_= Just the thought of it, frustrates me to no end. Geez!

Just to let you guys know I'm not dead. Actually, I'm not really in a mood to blog ... but well ... I felt the need to rant.

Have about 50 bks on hand from shop ^^;; (On rental) ... dozen of animes to watch, already going through some if not all of them. Exams coming too ... and I haven't even touch my books at all =_= Probably should do some last minute crammed up study on sat (upcoming) since I'm on off ...

4 Aug - Performance Mgmt Exam (Should be able to pass, even if I were to just randomly go through the book on sat) - cause only few chapters involved in the module.

14 Aug - Audit Exam ... This one, dunno leh ... Must try to memorize ... Shall see what I can do about it.

17 Aug - Financial Mgmt Re-Exam. This one, die lah ... Haven't study for it, and lots of things to memorize ... T.T If fail again, must re-module liao le ...

For my Flute Exam, its' coming along fine ... Have gotten part A of my selected pieces 90% done, Part B initially had already chosen a piece ... but Ms. Wee says the piece required a lot of coordination with the pianist ... so she's going to take another look at Part B. Part C, I had finally manage to choose the piece - C2 (Study in F) its' a solo piece ... so I'm practicing my C Major now in order to get my high notes out.

C2 is coming along, I'm left with the last 4 bars of the piece to master. Since there's a total of 8 bars in all to master for each piece ...

P.S. Did an estimated count of my pay check for the month of July, should have about 800 bucks ... if nothing goes wrong with my calculation.

Evelyn Birthday Celebration in Advance - 25 July

Just went to read Evelyn's blog and got a scare of my life. Didn't know she had such a bad day on the day before her b'dae celebration day. Poor Eve ...

Anyway, am glad that the outing managed to cheer you up and that, you like the present that I gave to you too. Seeing as my gift to you were kind of a 'pick' at random, :P

I didn't even bother to remove the price tag cause Takashimaya ppl pack it so nicely in a bag liao XD (meant the notebook and the pen) XD

The comic, on the other hand, was pick out on the day itself prior to our meeting at my work place seeing as I had to go Boon Lay and collect the Hong Kong Comic for my colleague before heading over to meet up with you girls.

And Dunno what to say about XH sia ... Can get too excited due to swimming and forgot all about Eve's gift and the fact that I'm going to pass her 2 bks on that day =_= ...

Anyway, went swimming at the sports and recreation centre at Pioneer/Jurong West St 63. After that, went to Nihonmura for lunch ... Once done, we proceed on to Jurong Point - where Evelyn change money (Taiwan Currency, remaining from her previous trip to TW with SH) into SGD. Then we proceed on to K-Box Safra and sing until 8.25pm ... XD

Love the K-box down there, the screen is so big ... and the selection of songs is via the touch screen panel. Air-con is not too cold as well, XD Good for ppl like me who's really scare of being cold. Manage to find anime jap songs XD --> get to sing Lacus Clyne's image song, Mizu no Akashi. XDDD Which is real surprising, since most of the K-box doesn't have XD

Speaking of which, that day is the day whereby it make the record of spending the least money in history when it comes down to celebrating birthday among us. XD Its' less than 50 SDG, for the whole day xD

so what am I doing during work? serve customer, do orders do until siao! fax book list fax until fed-up cause' sometimes the customer never open their fax machines ... email things, check email for new orders ... wait for fax order to come in ... photocopying services for customers, restock drinks in fridge ... make ice-blend, staper hong kong comics, check customer's account status, call them if books overdue. do reserve list for customers, sms customers if their books arrived ...

stock check, arrange books on shelves for sale and rental, attending to call enquiries ... blah blah blah ... oh yah, if got free time then I write fics lor ... usually my VK one lah ... the english fics XD chinese have to write at home, work place pc is in traditional chinese =-=

Among vexing matters and others ....

Just realized I had forgotten to credit an entry in my personal bank accounts - thus, amt. in actual bank statement does not equal to my own personal accounts. Nevermind, shall amend it tonight ...

Finally bought the Grade 1 exam pieces book and started my official grade 2 theory lesson today. For today, its' still Ms. Wee whom taught me theory ... as there's some re-arrangement of schedules timing for the new theory teacher whom's going to be teaching me soon ... =_=

Right, I should probably start deciding on my 3 pieces soon enough ... For Section A, its' either A1 or A3 ... Ms. Wee told me to go back and practice all my high notes - especially, A, B, G & F ... somehow, i can't get them all sound 'right'.

She says, if I can get these above notes right ... then we will do A3 for the exam. If not, we'll do A1 - which is 'Greensleeves' - which includes slurs in the piece.

she also suggested for me to practise and use the Chromatic Scales as warm-up exercises ... had to memorize the fingerings for all the sharps. So far I only remembered the 'F-sharp'... and also have to remember/revise my short fingering of B-flat.

Grade 2 theory wise ... more italian terms to remember/memorize. Also, had to start learning the notes on ledger lines and to draw them out >.< (Real troublesome if you ask me ... cause' I take double the time for notes on Base Clef ... )

Had to pay bills soon, and update my passbook too ... Waiting for pay to arrive too ... wondering when it will be given to me, this month. Today, I really spend a lot of money ... the exam fees $138. Grade 1 Exam Book - $15.50 (the one without CD), Grade 2 Theory ($8.80) ... then Flute Beginner Practical - $90 & Grade 2 Theory - $70 (increase by $10 - lucky I got additional cash on me, Ms. Wee forgot to tell me the increase in pricing). So total, spend $322.30 on flute lessons ...

Increase my working days too, starting tomorrow - I'll be coming in on Monday as well. Then for June holidays - starting 27 June to 29 June, I'll be covering shifts for Jamie as she wanted to go KL for holidays. Not to forget this month end, 28 March (Sat) - I had to cover for her as well, as she had taken the day off as part of her annual leave.

In order to get myself familiarize with the fingerings for chromatic scales, and also to practise my high notes. Looks like I really had to find time for practises - most probably I'll do them on Wednesday afternoon or on Saturday. Perhaps, on Friday afternoon over the next few weeks when there;s no classes. Maa... shall see what happened when we go along.

Wary of boss at work ...

I told my boss another 'lie' today ... well, not exactly a lie since I am not the one whom mentioned anything of the project sort - he mentioned it, I'm simply too lazy to correct him. I woke up once this morning to discover a miss call from my boss late last night ... been too tired, didn't bother to call him back.

Just now, about 15 minutes ago ... I woke up again to check my phone only to realize my boss had called again. =_=

So this time around, I called him back. He asked me if I'm working today - 'red alert mode on' ... I answered 'No.' Then he asked me if its' possible for me to work today - I was going... 'Boss, you playing a joke on me right? '

He then said, 'that's why I'm asking you whether you can or not mah ...' Then, of course - I said 'no.' I said, telling me at very last minute would never work ... cause' it would be hard to switch the schedule around ... or rather my plans for the day.

Actually, my whole plan today was nothing of utmost importance ... but seeing as its' Bedok he wanted me to go ... =_= I'm a little paranoid here, working at Bedok is very tiring cause the journey takes too 'bloody' long ... and moreover, I've to work tomorrow full day at Jurong. Telling me to work at Bedok today, is no doubt going to ruin my mood for the rest of the week and the upcoming week as well.

I've been like working everyday except tuesday over the past five days ... and if I were to go Bedok today - it would be like, I have no days off for the week. Since, Sunday I am always working. Tuesday, though I'm on off-day - but I'm rushing through my project work - from 11 am till 10.30 pm ... usual working hours if you get my point.

Right, anyway ... after I rejected his request - he said 'I can do my project there ... since there's internet and everything available.' I said no, cause its' too bloody far away and that my friends would never accomodate to that request. Then finally, he gave up and ended the call. Though, now I feel somewhat guilty - I am not going to change my decision. I'm not the one whom claim to be doing project today - but since he thought so, I'm not going to change it.

When I said my friends are not going to agree cause it's too far away, I'm not joking. Cause' that would no doubt be the case, if I am really going to work on my project today ...

Flute, projects, work and exams...

Seems like I'm rather lazy to blog these days, except when I'm utterly stressed out or frustrated about something. Anyway, just an update to let you people know that I'm not dead - yet ...

The projects that are piling up on me is literally killing me on the slow side ... especially the Financial Management project ... Up until now, I think I still had at least another 60% to go ... before completion and that is not all ... thing is, its' due on the upcoming friday =_=

Hopefully, Xinhui and I will be able to finish it by wednesday so that pauline can compile it =_= ...

That aside, my exams results for last sem is out ... scored both 'C's like Xinhui did - this time around. So I pass my financial accounting paper ... and thus, I owe her sis a meal treat to Subway ... seems like have to put it on hold though ... since we hardly have time that match one another's schedule.

Right, moving on to the idea of flute classes today. I am finally approaching the end of Grade 1 theory, and starting next week - my teacher would be getting her colleague to start grade 2 theory with me as she had something on after my flute class (current timing - 9.30-10.30 am ...) but she had something on at 10 am ... so ...

Anyway, she asked me today - whether I wanted to try for the grade exams. I'm supposed to let her know next lesson, so she can submit my name for the exam if I wanted to try it out. She asked me if I want to go for grade 1 or try grade 2 ... but after we looked at the exam pieces book - her decision was that we tried grade 1 exam first.

I've just finished F and G Major scales, and left with the 3 minor scales ... and so if I were to go for the exams, it will most probably be the september exam. I had yet to get the scales and appegios book since its' still out of stock at many places ... =_= and thus I had to rely on my memory for now ... and hopefully, the book will be in stock soon, cause I simply cannot remember so many scales ... without referring to the book.

Right, and so ... I'll probably say ' yes' to the exam thing next week when I see her ... Right, now its' time for me to go back to work again.

The irony of life ....

Earlier on, when I was back at home ... I was commenting about feeling lazy on my facebook status ... Now I finally know why ... I'm feeling lazy earlier on ... =_=

My 'period' came today ... when I'm in the midst of busying myself with work ... Lucky I had one pad available in my bag ... else ... =_=

Anyway, flute lesson push forward to Saturday ... cause' sunday - ms.wee is busy with something else (for this week). That alone, never mind - had to keep switching plans and schedule today.

Initially, the plan was to do project at my place with XH on Sat before she go for work, and I for my flute lesson. Then today, I was told that the books will be arriving on Sat instead of Friday. So I change plan with XH, and I am going over to her place tomorrow for the project meeting and at the same time, to deliver her order of 'Skip Beat - bk 1-20' . (Of course, she paid me - after placing the order with me on wed, and so lucky that we have a set of it available in store for CNY promotion).

Just now, about 5 mins earlier - Jamie called and asked if I can work tomorrow. Then I was like, I need to go to school tomorrow leh ... then she asked, if I were to work tomorrow - how long can I stayed on. I was like ... 'I need to do project tomorrow ... cause' initially was set on Sat, but since I need to work this sat for half day - I had shifted it to tomorrow. So, in conclusion - I would be unable to help her out tomorrow... '

Although, I felt bad about turning down her request - but I really had no other days available liao =_=();; So now, I need to mentally prepare myself for the possibility of having to work on Monday or Tuesday ... which I certainly hope not ...

I had yet to receive my pay too ... Hopefully, I can get it on Saturday ... which is the 7th of Feb. Otherwise, I'll be really broke.

Anyway, I think I'll keep my monday block free for Jamie - just in case, she really need me to stand in for her ... Tuesday, I'll reserve it for my projects ... and Wednesday I usually reserved it for work (in case).

Haven't been practicing my flute recently ... should really start =_= ... Told Ms. Wee (Flute & Theory Teacher) that I intended to buy the Scales & Appegerios Bk but can't find it anywhere recently. She told me that she will keep a look-out for me, and inform me if she managed to get it ... since she needs to buy for some of her other students too.

Apparently, the stocks at my school also runs out =_= ... left with the sight-reading and Piano bks only ...

Too bad, I had bought my Sight-Reading bk already ... but haven't really go about practising it. Should really start over the next few days ... since I had not been practising much over the past 2-3 weeks due to the busy schedule and my laziness at work.

Need to find time for projects work also ... so XH - can I assume that this upcoming tuesday is fixed or? Get back to me soon, can?

New Year Resolution among the midst of slight annoyance, irritation and others ...

Today is the 4th of January, 2009.

Year 2008 had come and passes by, without warning - starting a new year, a new day for me. Year 2008 had been a year of significance and memories for me ...

In March 2008, I started working for AZ comics on a part-time basis while enrolling myself in PSB Academy. School started in May 2008, and the semester started out well - with foundation studies in English and Maths.

My grades for the 1st sem is quite satisfactory as well...scoring a B and C respectively for each subject. Sem 2 subjects consisted of Financial Accounting and Economics - and the results would only be out, next month.

This sememster, I'm taking Management Accounting and Financial management. For the projects, Xinhui and I decided to base them on our ITE Events Management and Marketing projects - by modifying them to suit our current subjects contents.

Anyway, for the year 2009 - my new year resolution are as follows.

1) Score well for exams, both in music and academic.
2) Learn from past mistakes as failure is often known as the 'mother' to success.
3) Learn to cope with stress, and control own temper.
4) Save more in Bank, and Spend Lesser - unless absolutely necessary.
5) May the 'business' between my ITE pals and me, do well in the new year.

Alright, now back to the subject on hand for todays' entry. I just found out something 'dreadful' from the time sheet calculated by Jamie. Turns out my work done on 25 Dec is not counted in ... which means, my pay drops from the original calculated 428 to 409 only ... =_=

That's what contributed to my annoyance, as if that alone is not enough - I came into the shop this morning to find the area about the counter - a mess. Apparently, the boss had dropped by the shop earlier on in the day and just leave things lying around for me to clear up after him =-=

Its' a thankful thing that I do not have to come in for the next 3 days, else there's a very big possibility that I might snapped. As though, that is not bad enough ... the documents which I needed to fax out simply cannot go through quite a number of our customer fax machines ... =-=

Right, seeing as both my irritation and frustration as well as annoyance originated from my work reason - I shall not bore you ppl with the details. In the meantime, lets' move on to something else.

Today is the first flute class for the year 2009, paid the fees today - and learn something new today as well. Although, I'm still stuck at lesson 4 ... not much progress made. That, and the fact that I still had loads of practises to do for the flute ... I learn the slurring part of the lesson, and the teacher taught me 'D-Minor' as well ...

So now, I've to practise both F and G Major at home as well as the newly learnt D-Minor as well. Think I have to go and purchase my scales and appergios book soon =_= Can't remember everything without anything to refer, at home (mean the D-Minor) ... F and G major was covered in previous lesson, can just flipped through in book.

Theory wise, am onto accidentals and semitones ... shall finished up the exercises at home tml. Alright, I guess I should proceed on with my work now ... had tons to do ... before it piles up on me again ... although, I'm faxing documents while updating this entry ...

Frustration or Blues ?

Am at work now, feeling absolutely frustrated today ... though I had absolutely no idea just why I'm feeling frustrated ...

Well, anyway ... am feeling better now, perhaps because Jamie had called me back and answered my few questions to her this morning. I'm relief that I keep my tomorrow time-slot free, as I would have to work full (most probably, unless boss say otherwise) ... and thursday, I won't need to be here as Taiwan is also having holiday. I'll work full on sat, as the books are arriving that day - so I'm not going to be here on friday. As usual, sunday is my full work day ...

Wed - I'll be working half-day and afterwhich, I shall go home to have a shower and quick change of clothes, before heading over to XH place for sleepover ... dunno what they intend to be doing on new year day though :P Right, have to get down to work now ... Ciao!

Update on X'mas Celebration & others ...

I'll have to spilt entries into 2 ... this is the first part, containing happy stuff and memories ... I'll have another update in a while's time for today ...

On X'mas eve, 24 dec - went over to Shuhua place for sleepover party which had now become a routine every year, without fail :P

Didn't get Eve another gift, as I had already spend a lot on the sewing machine which I shared with Shuhua and XH. The delivery man came at 7.30pm ... and had a lecturing session on the sewing machine for like 1 & 1/2 hr before he finally call it a day. So poor eve, whom was too lazy to come up to shuhua place to meet up with us - had to wait for us all, at ichiban sushi. Poor Eve ...

Anyway, we made it to ichiban sushi at 9 pm or so ... and managed to get our food order before the last order of the day was served. After which, we proceeded back to Shuhua place by taking LRT as Eve did not drive (as it's on a weekday) ... so eve had to leave her sewing machine at shuhua place, and collect it on sat. :P

Later, we played games on PS3 ...but before that, we headed up to shuhua room and I played Jingle Bell on flute, while XH do it on her violin. Shuhua recorded the "performance" on her newly purchased digital cam (and XH ended up taking back the gift that she purchased for SH - and had to re-buy her another gift, the following day.)

Eve gave us a box of chocolate (mixture of the 3 boxes & a bonus gift in it) ... while she received only the sewing machine from us, all. Actually, she had another gift given to her by Shuhua which is still on the plane coming to Singapore.

Shuhua received a mouse from me, and both XH and I received a piece of clothing from her. Specially ordered and ship to Singapore :P XH, on the other hand gave me a cordless phone - which I love her for it XD

Her mom returned gift to me - happened to be a tee-shirt from IP-Zone ... :) Seems like I keep on getting clothes this year end, eh XD

25 Dec - on X'mas, we stayed until 1 ++ pm, despite me having to rush to work and XH to her high tea party XD

Ordered in breakfast from Mcdonald XD After which, supposed to be teaching eve how to use the sewing machine become a session of chat and conversation discussion. Since eve already knew how to use the machine, we only told her the various things to note for the needles and thread to be use.

While surfing the site, we came up with the idea to set up an online store selling clothes ... XD I'll keep silent on the details now, until everything is finalized and set to go XD

26 Dec - Didn't go to work, as books did not arrived ... went swimming with XH instead - so to keep my monday block free ... which indeed prove to be a good thing. Since the books ended up coming on monday, instead of sat.

XH went to IMM with me and her sis, for some shopping ... bought shuhua a tee-shirt from Ip-zone, while buy herself a top from S&K. Later she head over to my house, as I was call back home to attend to some stuff ... I paid her for the phone line spiltter that she bought for me ... and we set up the cordless phone then XD

She stayed until about 9 or 10 ... cannot remember :P Had her dinner at my place, too .

27 Dec - namely yesterday, we went over to shuhua place again ... and have so-called meeting on our online store stuff. However, with the internet going haywire and her brother needing more time to fix things up. Eve drove us all to my home, where I provide Shuhua laptop with the password to my wireless services and we had the meeting in my room. They stayed until 9 pm or so, and had pizza for dinner (them namely, I had a slice of pizza and the rest of my dinner consist of my mother's cooking).

After which, they went home with eve driving them :P Later at night, we vote for the selection of clothing that we wanted to order in for sampling ...

Memories of the past & ramblings ....

As you people knows ... recently, I'm obsessed with facebook and all ... Have been busy friending ppl like siao in there =_=();;

Although, I must really says ... facebook is a really good tool to use ... found a lot of my long-lost 'friends' in there ... Among them, including teachers and students alike ...

Over the past few days, I've managed to find back my primary school mates aside from my secondary school pals. Although, neither of them were in my best buddies grp back in our schooling days - together. Its' still nice to be able to find them, and do some catching up online with them.

My primary school mates surprised me most with their changes in appearances ... makes me go @@ all the time ... I thought, Alfred and Matthew were bad enough ... until I saw Yong Kun pictures on facebook. Jason's look didn't change really that much, since I can still recognize him from some pictures - mayhaps, due to the angles of the pictures being taken.

Irene and Kimberly are getting more and more beautiful and pretty, had trouble placing them in mind - linking their current appearances with how they had looked, in the past. Founded Lijia on facebook too ... Surprisingly, she remembered me like Irene did ...

Kimberly defintely had some idea as to who I am ... we did shared the same secondary school as well ... Qifang, initially - had no idea of whom I am by looking at just my name ... but after she looked through the pictures - she can recognize me ... which reminded me yet again - of just how little changes I've experienced over the years. Even teachers of my past can recognize me till' these days.

Eugene, responded honestly to me that he had only remembered whom I was after he saw the photos. Prior to that, he merely just friended me back without knowing my identity. He's currently in Cambridge furthering his studies - good luck to that.

Have not really chatted with Alfred yet, so i had no real idea whether he remembered me or simply just that incident whereby I had to remind him while friending him. Yong Kun ... am not very sure, he commented on my wall post - as though he still had a very good idea of whom I was ... well ... *shrug* am too lazy to ask him that same question that I ask eugene.

Matthew had no recollection of just who I am ... but he knew that we were in the same class back in our primary 1 & 2 days ...

Titus and Victor remembered me, which I'm glad. Yewei defintely knows me - heck, even before facebook, sometimes I would call him on random timing and seek certain "help" from him. Bruno and Zhao Wei had an idea of just whom exactly I am ...

Now, primary & Secondary mates aside ... I'm proceeding on to my ITE pals. Yesterday morning, prior to heading to work - I had message the very few males from my ITE days whom had their numbers stored in my phone - still. I msg them an advance x'mas greetings ... and Mr. Samson and Justin responded back, almost immediately.

Chatted via sms with Samson for a while, then chatting session lasted longer with Justin as he was asking me questions on my current school. Then after I went home from XH, I realized I had a miss - call ... From whom?

From Kenny Law of my ITE days, so I called back. Then he was like asking me whom am I ... I go @@|||

Then he said, "Paiseh mah ... I don't have your number mah ... so when out of a blue the msg comes in - I wanna doublecheck ..."

I was going =_=();; then he steered the conversation to how I'm doing these days, and commented that even after this long - I can still remembered them ... He then said something like, initially - he & hui wanna waited until X'mas then send me back the greeting. Anyway, the conversation went on for quite some time ... about 10 minutes, I think ... then we hung up on one another. 10 mins is considered rather long already, for a conversation with a guy ...

Anyway, I'm feeling real happy right now ... ^__^

Yep, you see it right ... ^^;; recently, we both (XH & me) often hang out at her place whenever free XD

Why - simple! ... We need urgent tutoring help for our Accounting Subject (Financial Accounting 1) ... cause' the teachers' teaching style was really so "special" that neither of us can understand. So what we did - (exams coming up soon ... last minute went to grab hold of whomever/whichever kami-sama that we can get hold of ...) Her sis just happened to be one of them ...

While her sis was unable to help us with anything too challenging, she at least, managed to "teach" us the foundation chapters - such as Trial balance, Profit & Loss (With Trading) & 50% of the Bank Reconciliation Statements.

Although, we learnt these topics way back in our secondary school years but as too many years had gone by without us using those skills. WE had literally forgot everything about them ... thus, had to be constantly supervised and reminded by YZ as we tried to do the questions in the past years revision papers.

This upcoming friday, we had another session with a relative of XH ... on the topics that YZ had no idea of ... ^^;;

Right, that will come later ... anyway, I predicted that we might meet up at XH place again soon enough ... ^^;; Well, tomorrow had to concentrate solely on Econs - else we will both die horribly at the exams on monday.

As I am working tomorrow, I'll be bringing the book over to study during free time. Intend to rush through the paperwork on hand tomorrow ... and complete whichever paperwork/duties that I had to do ...

P.S. I promise to give XH sister a treat to Subway if I managed to get through the Accounting paper on 1 December 2008. Either way, thanks in advance ... ^__^

X'mas Shopping for Eve

As Eve gave me the flute & flute book earlier on for my birthday, her X'mas gift had to be 'bigger' ... Since both XH and I had no idea what to give her, we took a look at her wish list and eventually decided to take a look at the sewing machines. So we went to Toa Payoh, shop for 'Singer' sewing machine ... XD

XH mom paid the 100 bucks deposit, and I shall pay the remaining 99 bucks when they delivered the machine to SH home on X'mas Eve ... At first, that was what we decided ... so afterwards - we went to Orchard, XH msg SH to call her once available. We were in Kino when the call came through, so XH started informing SH on the plan.

SH reaction was: Oh ... at first haven't fix the day for celebration, but since you guys had already told the guy to deliver on X'mas eve, we shall made the celebration on the eve itself. How much is the sewing machine?

XH told her if she had yet to purchase Eve gift, then maybe she can chip in on the machine too ... :P As SH had yet to buy the gifts, she agreed ... so now 1 person $66.30 (rounded figure) ... After a while, she ask if we got photo of the machine ... can send her via mms?

XH and I shared a look, and go @@ ... Where on earth are we going to take a picture of it, especially when we already leave the Toa Payoh district ... Somemore, that time - the idea of taking picture had never occured to us ...

SH response was @@ ok ...

Wonder what we are going to do - this X'mas :P And also Eve's reaction when she sees the gift that we bought for her XD

To take or not to take Grades Test/Exams?

Recently, I'm debating whether or not to take grades test/exams when the time comes around for it. XH says, I probably should - since I spend that much already on lessons ... and my mom was like: no need to go for exams lah, just know how to play a few songs can already ...

personally, I hope to attain a cert eventually ... but I am not so confident of myself. Last night, I was comparing between Trinity and ABRSM Exam syllabus again ... Eventually, I come to the conclusion that if I were to attain a cert - I might go for ABRSM.

Why? - Simple, first of all ... their directions/instructions are simple enough. Trinity seems more complicated ... Second, you can get information and stuff (such as exam pieces) more easily - as compared to the specified pieces for exams from Trinity.

Right, anyway - its' still too early to be thinking about the exams - since I'm only at the stage of the beginner. Well, I'll blame it on XH - since she was always talking about the grades exams and all... :P

X'mas Gifts settled & I'm broke ...

Yep, went out again with XH today ... This time, for the x'mas gift hunt for the rest of them. Seeing as I had already bought XH's gift, XH - on the other hand hunted for Eve and my gift (rather idea of what to give me ) ...

Can't reveal very much on the gifts stuff, else there's no surprise in store for them liao :P

Anyway, kinda spend the first part of the trip with her mother and her mom's friends. Apparently, one of them was celebrating her birthday, so me & XH joined in the fun :P Instead of birthday cake, they had birthday fruits tart instead. :P

The tart was damn nice lor XD ... After which, we went to Orchard - forget to mention, was at Toa Payoh earlier on. Right, XH booked a room at Cash Studio Family Karaoke at 4.30pm. We kinda still have time, when we arrived at Orchard ... So we went to Takashimaya Kinokuniya to do some window shopping around.

At first, I wanna buy Jamie's birthday gift too ... but can't find the pen that I would like to give. So have to go popular bookstore and @@ around when I have the time ... Thus, an hour in the Kinokuniya store - only come out with a paid purchase of Scrotch Tape - mine was used up when wrapping XH X'mas gift this morning.

Right, took a sum of money out from the ATM machine & updated my passbook today ... The money left inside the account was so pathetic, ... (No worry, still above the minimum balance)

Deducted the 150 bucks that was to be set aside for my next mth music class, and the $$ to be used on X'mas gifts ... I'm down to 50 bucks to support me for the next two weeks, at least until my next pay comes in. Then early next month, have to pay the PUB and M1 phone bills too ... after deducting the amt from bank again ... I'm down to 1.2K

T.T Boss, please pay me on time - next month ... Else, I'm gonna be real broke ... T.T My expenses for the mth of Nov/Dec had already eaten into my pay for Sep/Oct ...

Right, feels like sleeping now ... but have to wait until PC is done with the scanning ... Right, and to finish watching episode 7 of Index first before I can go to bed ... Tomorrow have to practice flute in the morning too ...

Afternoon go work, then meet up with XH at Tiong Bahru Plaza before heading off to school for revision class ...

Passport Collection, Flute Practice & X'mas Shopping ...

Went to collect passport this morning, XH went with me XD We meet up at Clementi MRT then took train down to Lavender ... So now, the passport holder that Shuhua gave me have some use XD

Took my lunch at one of the hawker centre there, while XH waited until she reaches home. After which, we took bus 175 back to Clementi - as its' raining. At first I didn't realized the fact that bus 175 passes by my ex-work place (office work) ... until the bus arrived at Jalan Bukit Merah ... then I started to find the buildings getting more and more familiar looking ...

Then suddenly, found myself staring at the HP building and the blue and white building of the JTC ... I was like 'WTF?!' Isn't this the bus-stop thats' outside 'Sanmina-SCI' - the company that I was working for, prior to switching jobs.

@@ then the bus took the route leading up to Habourfront - before traveling up to west coast then, finally to Clementi. After which, we switch to bus 184 and went back to XH house. The whole journey took us abt 2&1/2 hours?

Anyway, when XH went back home - the first thing she did was to 'cook' noodles for herself ... and then switch on her PC. I need to transfer some songs to my mp3 player, and remove some of the songs from my mp3. Then, we proceeded on to her room - where her pink music stand is situated.

Took her score book down and place my flute book up there, and I started practising. Had no idea, how long ... all I know is my hands are entirely tired when I finally gave up on the idea of practising. Up until now, it still feel strained to me ...

Anyway, had to continue practising ... since I still made the 'mistake' of changing breath as I tongue each note ... Also, being out of breath as I attempted to slur the notes. Eventually, we changed over and she ended up being the one to practise while I simply laze around XD

After some time, we both stopped and talk a little about the grade tests and all. I think I might want to attempt the grade test as well ... if I really do ... then I'll have to get XH friend to help me with the piano companionship ... hopefully, her friend would gave me a discount ^^;;

Our conversation eventually progressed on to our future work, and the expected salary ... also the kind/type of work that we wanted to do in future. We kind of do some estimation about the salary range of $1200 onwards ... and how much we intended to give our parents' and all ... also taking into consideration of our music lessons fees then ...

Then again, its' all spectaculations for now ... have to see how it goes eventually. Went home, when her younger sister and her went over to her grandmother's place for dinner. Walk to the bus interchange to board the bus 180, but dropped by Bukit Panjang Plaza for a while - taking a look around the place.

Last but not least, I finally bought one out of the three X'mas gifts that I am supposed to be buying for. The X'mas gift that I bought is meant for XH, and now I had to think about what to buy for Eve and Shuhua ... ^^;; also for Jamie too ...

First Flute & Theory Class ^_^

Alright, today's my first day at Do-Re-Mi music school ... XD Reach there about 9.25am ... actually, was much earlier but I loiter downstairs ... eat breakfast XD Journey from home to the school took only 10 mins ... XD

When I went upstairs, the teacher is still having breakfast with someone else. Probably her partner ... ^^;; btw, her co-worker/colleague/partner (?) is a guy XD

Anyway, paid the balance of 85 dollars today ... and I bought the theory book as well. It cost me another 8.80 dollars XD Am so nervous the first 5 minutes, took a long time to get the sound out XD

Ended up learning the slur, when it should have been the tongueing first XD Like the slur better XD finally managed to hold the note for 4 beats, but anyway, have to go back home and practice more ... (e.g. look myself in the mirror when practising ... so I know if my positioning of the mouthpiece is off ... )

Finally, know the correct way to hold the flute and support it while letting go of some of the notes button. She also taught me the correct way to maintain and clean the insides of my flute - with the use of the cleaning rod and cloth. In another few months time, she's gonna teach me how to change the 'cleaning' paper thats' situated behind every notes button - that helps to absorb the water as we blow into the flute XD ...

If the paper's not change, its' gonna be quite sticky as time goes by ... Well, it turns out the teacher is using the same flute model as mine too XD We are both using flute model YFL-221 from Yamaha XD

The school's quite small actually, only have about 3-4 rooms for use. The room that I'm using for my flute class is just like the size of my bedroom - except it now held abt 4 organ/keyboard? Not so sure of what's the name of the instrument ...

Later on, we move on to the room next door for the theory lesson - I suspect the same room is use for grp session for theory as well ... since there's white board and long tables with several chairs around it. ^^;;

As the teacher and the guy is having breakfast earlier on in that same theory room that we are using, when I went in - theres' still the smell of chicken in it XD

Didn't get the chance to see the other student whom turned up at 10.30 XD kinda overshot a little, so the teacher went out to attend the other student whom arrived, and I was kinda packing up my stuff in the theory room XD

>.< so far so good, nothing too complex or complicated. Just need to practise more, especially the breathing techniques ... but my arm ... T.T getting numb after holding the flute in the same position for 30 mins ... T.T maybe slightly more, since the theory kind of took only 15 mins then the time is up :P

Right, have to work now ... shall update another time when I'm free.

P.S: passport ready for collection, so the application went through alright ... and I was worrying about whether the photo is alright for them ^^;;

Shall collect it in the upcoming week ... still deciding whether I wanna go on my free day or on the days whereby I'm working ^^;;

Flute and Theory Lessons Confirmed!

I had finally decided on a school for my music classes ... after much consideration, I had decided to go for the Do-Re-Mi Music School that's situated just a street down from my home. Its' located at Blk 342, level 3 ... XD

Am taking both flute and theory lesson on the same day, back to back. The lesson's on sunday morning, 9.30 am to 10.30 am ... Thus, went to the school with Xinhui earlier on in the day, after my work to settle the admin stuff.

Paid a total of 100 dollars today, and shall paid the remaining 85 dollars on sunday when I go for the first lesson. The total of 185 dollars, included a 20 dollars enrollment fee, 90 dollars deposit for the course, and 45 dollars and 30 dollars for the remaining two lessons in the month of November at pro-rate.

The pricing for the course I'm taking on a monthly basis are as follow:

Theory (Beginner/Grade 1) - 60 dollars/mth, 30 mins per session.

Flute (Beginner/Grade 1) - 90 dollars/mth, 30 mins per session.

I'm supposed to pay the fees on the first lesson of each month, so from next mth onwards - had to set aside 150 dollars every mth for the flute/theory classes ... So have to be more thrifty now ... :P

My solution is - buy lesser comics ... which means, no more ordering of many titles at promotion period. I still had quite a few series left on stock, unpaid XD

*wonder how much does the theory practice bk cost* ... am buying it on sunday morning, when I go for lesson as well ...

As for the flute textbook, I'll just use what Eve gave me for my birthday ^^;; *Save $$, since that one is two grades in one book* XD

Am still waiting for the mail that relates to my passport to come in ... hopefully, soon ... Since the lesson is on sunday morning, it does not affects my work-time XD

Have to work tomorrow as well ... *Sians ...* But for the sake of $$, I'll persevere. After all, I do need more $$$ for X'mas Gifts that I had yet to purchase for you guys xD

Actually, am kind of irritated right now ... cause' my stupid lil' bro is still not home yet ... and he took my 50 dollars to go see doctor ... I wanna know how much he spend then can claim the remaining amt from my mother ... T.T

Trip to ICA ...

Yesterday morning, went to the ICA building and fill up an application form that came with the application of the passport. Paid the $70 by nets, and drop the form together with the attached passport size photo into the deposit box (with nets 1st receipt stapled on the form ) ...

Now, all I need to do is wait and see if the application is approved ... once approved the ICA ppl will mail me the details - when to collect the passport.

Later on, went on to work place ... but since there's still time I decided to drop by the jurong point for a while (actually, I need the toilet there :P)

Went to Comic Connection to take a look about ... later took breakfast at KFC ... Ack! Their breakfast really taste 'yucky' ... not nice at all ... but since macdonalds is so full ... no choice, have to go KFC ...

Anyway, went to work until 3pm plus ... then left for Orchard to meet up with XinHui. Together, we went to the Yamaha at Plaza Singapura. Bought a music stand (me) for $20 ... XD it came with a carrier bag, again that irritated XH to no end. Since, she got her music stand from her school at a higher rate of pricing but with no carrier bag ... only got the box, made her so inconvenient when heading out with the stand XD

Right, check out certain stuff with the Contempo Music School of the Yamaha. ... Knew the pricing for the course now, but they had no available time slots/teachers right now ... *Sigh* No choice, have to go and check out other music schools ... email Symphony Music School and Music Concerto on their pricing and timings - already. Am now waiting for their response patiently ...

Had to try for monday time-slots, as I am only free on that day ... most of the other days, I either have work or have school ... =_=();;

Anyway for Yamaha, the pricing for Beginner costs $96 ++ ... and except for the first payment, the rest shall be paid through Giro ... =_=();; that means, borrowing from mom again if I am going for Yamaha ...

However, mine was the old fashioned bulky version so can't really make use of it - now ... but its' okay, I can use it when I change my desktop monitor screen XD After all, my current desktop monitor screen is getting yellow already, actually already it is yellow. However, mom says' still can use ... when no images come out then change XD.

I had a really big surprise yesterday, over at Shuhua House when the four of us, celebrated Xinhui's and my birthday. Shuhua and Eve gives me a really big, big present - I love it, you gals!

We cooked for ourselves, Xinhui made brownies ... Shuhua, sweet and sour pork, I made lotus roots soup and Eve made us jiaozi. On top of it, Shuhua made us drinks too ... mango and banana smoothie drink ... I think, and we had a cake from breadtalk. Green tea with red bean flavour ... wonder if it's bought together between eve and her or not ... Chances are, very high and likely. Anyway, will have cake again later today ... a customer brought us cakes on friday, but when she arrived, I'd left. Jamie save a portion of it for me - in the fridge XD

Although, I had to say ... am kind of ashamed that I only give xinhui a recipe book ... but no choice lah, no $$$ that day when I go shopping for her gift. Shall give her a better one, in the coming year or during X'mas.

Anyway, first - I shall talk about Shuhua's gift. Two gifts & a card this year ... First gift was a passport holder ... >.< I get the point, no need to rush me ... need to see my schedule first. Would go and apply for the passport within this month ...
Either way, the passport holder is nice.

Second gift was a Sony Mp3 player ... I'd been yearning for it for quite some time. Now, no need to buy seeing as she had given it to me :P

Evelyn's present was a real big surprise for me, first she gave me a music scorebook for flutes -_-();; very expensive kind ... see pricing go @@ type ... At first, i was like ... 'wtf' I had to go learn flute and buy flute liao ...

Then suddenly, she came down with the second gift ... and when I tear open the wrapper ... I felt like fainting ... cause' her second gift is the flute itself!!!! Oh my God, really felt like crying and fainting at the same time. Flute is very the expensive ... Ever check the pricing before, cheapest is also at least 200-300 plus plus, and that was like several years ago ... Goodness, must repay it ... X'mas give her and Shuhua better gifts. ..

Don't worry, I check out yamaha websites liao ... won't run away one ... had submitted my enquiry on the courses for flutes and theory to them. Hopefully, they will reply me soon ^^;; Depending on my budget, and schedule ... may either go for classes first then make passport or vice versa.

Right, my gifts aside. Xinhui gave me two Soul Eater chibi figurines, maaka and shinigami-sama ... a Zebra collection ball point pen ... and a bag. Thanks a lot, gals! Love you ppl to death ...

Upcoming tuesday going to work at Ginza, full day - again =_=();; Shall bring my laptop with me ... else am gonna be bored to death. I did the same thing yesterday too ... since Ginza computer does not came equipped with speakers ... If I work without music, I'll fall asleep and die ... I swear.

Although, there's no internet access over there. At least, with my laptop available - I can spend my time doing fic writing ... Worst come to worst, I still can play the solitaire game on my laptop.

Sian ... was just informed today that, starting next week (tuesday) - I have to report to Bedok outlet for work, once every fortnight ... (Tuesday, once in two weeks) ... for six hours shift ...

However, the boss will pay me on 7 hours rate instead ... so as to make it up for my transportation fees ... >.<

It took me an hour to travel to the Bedok outlet ... and just when I thought I would never have to go down again ... the decree order dawns upon me, again =_=()

Now, except for monday ... I'll be only having alternate tuesday off work. Wednesday, have to work half-day as I have school at night. Thursday, I'll be working full day ... and Friday half ... Usually have saturday off, but if plane flights for books arrival were to be delay ... I'll have to work on sat, half day too >.< Sunday, I'll be working full shift - for now ...

T.T I want my freedom again ... well, on a brighter side ... increasing days of work, means increasing my pay check as well ... just have to survive through the work, and lived to head back home for animes working and fics writing will do ... but still, bedok ... *wails*

Anyway, when I'm there I'll just have to ignore the computers thingy and concentrated on the task of inputting mangas data into their system, and then check and see which bk they do not have available for rental. Take note of those titles, and my colleagues will see what she can do to help bedok re-stock those bks.

*Sigh* On a happier note, my desktop had finally recovered from its; nasty virus attack... but still, am using laptop more often now since my desktop had no chinese encoding ...

XD Went to Bugis Junction with XH earlier on, today and bought a new phone from M1 shop using the 100 dollars off voucher XD

The model that I bought today's - Sony Ericson W890I ^__^ It cost me 0 dollars, as the amt. is offset by the voucher XD

At first, wanna get the W910 - the one which XH and Eve has ... but in the end decided against it :P

Went to XH house later, to get songs from her :P

Turns out my memory card, (2GB) can fit into her adapter device ... so :P Anyway, the phone's camera function is considered one of the best among all the music phones XD After taking songs from her, we went online to download themes XD D/loaded about 8 themes :P

1 PoT, 2 Rukia, 1 Byakuya, 1 Gundam Seed/Destiny, 1 Code Geass, 1 D-Grayman, and 1 Suigintou themes XD

So if the books arrived promptly and on time, XH and I should be getting them by end of this week. If not, latest by next week ^_^

Alright, below are the summary for the past month - April ...

Actually, nothing much worth mentioning ... except ... the fact that both XH & Myself got into PSB Academy sucessfully. We are now enrolled in the class of Management Accounting & Finance. Since, that course had no Full-time Courses, we took up the Part-Time course instead.

Went to Orientation last tuesday night ... and we got to learn more about how their system works and all that ...

School Hours - 7 to 10 PM, on Every Wednesday & Friday.

For Term 1, we are taking English & Maths ... English on Wed, Maths on Friday ... Went back to the school Popular Bookstore on Wed morning to get the textbooks - as we were told to read before every class/lessons ... We have about 10 Sessions before each Exam ... One lesson 3 hrs, ten sessions would be 30 hrs each per class ...

On top of it, there's gonna be school project grp work - and the school won't entertain late work ... so gonna be punctual. Moreover, there would be no make-up classes each time you missed the class. Therefore, notes from classmates were important (Wondering just how many friends we could make in the school ...)

Since, many of our classmates hold jobs outside ... Project work would most likely be on evenings - where there's no classes ... Shall organize a time-table, once school officially started on 7 May & the group fixed ...

Can't wait for school to start, I missed studying ... literally XD

Work-wise, gonna cut down on working hrs in May ... Boss says I had clocked too much hrs in April ... ^^;; So May's gonna be lesser ... Anyway, later on ... am going off to Bedok ... I'm there last monday, and today am going there to work again =_=();;

Lucky boss says will send me home, else I'll die ... cause its' too damn far from my place...and then, I'm on 'OFF' for the following three days ... Friday, I'll be working until five (start from 9 am, since there's books distribution to do) ... usually, I'm on all day long ... but since, I've got school on Friday ... I'll be working until 5 only.

Sat is always off for me ... unless there's a public holiday somewhere in the week and delayed the books arrival for distribution. Sunday, I'll be working full day for Jurong Outlet ... ^^;;

Anyway, back to Bedok issue ... T.T ... They operated from 12.30pm to 11pm ... Cry Sia ... Jurong is from 12pm to 10pm leh ... >.< Last week itself, I kept on yawning liao ... today might be worst ... cause' I'm a bit dizzy now ... Wonder if I can last or not ... Think, must bring Chicken Essence or later drink it before heading off to work >.<

Am gonna bring Text books to study ... Either that, or I'll try to do some fanfics ... got my thumbdrive with me 24/7 hrs a day XD

Last but not least, SH ... keep me update on the KTV Session Thingy ... & also time/place to meet ... (Depend on which KTV you want) ... I assume its' on upcoming Sat?

The JPAE Application failed ... and so, both Xinhui & myself had decided to go for PSB Academy instead. Most likely, the letter would be coming in another few days time ... Since the course is going to be on a part-time basis, namely at night ... XH & I decided to get a part-time job.

Speaking of which, XH had yet to be informed of her JPAE Application status, though I highly doubt there would be any good news at all =_=();; Since, she picked the same course as I do, and I didn't even get into either one of them.

Anyway, I went for an interview earlier on ... and I'll be starting work this upcoming Thursday at AZ Comics (Training for 3 days) - from 12pm to 6pm. Since the course will be commencing in May 7, until then ... I'll be slotting in some full-time time slots here and there. Hopefully, I can get saturdays free for my own usage.

Well, for now ... I'll be working part-time on 12-6pm timeslots, until school starts - whereby it would be shorten to perhaps, 12-5pm ...

Upcoming Sun & Mon, I'll be working full-time 12-10pm ... =_=();; as the person whom will be training me will be taking both days off >.<

I'm dreading thursday arrival, although. .. I'll be only working for 6 hrs ... I still find it dreadful =_=();; but if I don't work ... I would not have money for spending >.<

Like I say, I'm restless. .. dun know why though... A lot of things are kinda on my mind, kept on running away from reality. Looks like fic progress might be going well ^^;; watching more animations at times to run away from the reality that JPAE results is coming out in 9 days time ... With each passing day, my inner turmoil increases.

I swear if I get anything else other than my first choice, I'll appeal for a change in schools or courses >_< ... If its' second or third choice, i might be able to persuade myself to live with it ... but if its; 4-5 choice ... I'll no doubt be appealing for a change in courses and schools. Now I'm yearning for NP so much >_<

I will no doubt be calling XH later on in the afternoon to chat >_< need to keep talking with someone before I go crazy ... >_<

She checked with her friend whom teaches piano at Christofori and that friend of hers' told her that she also teaches privately, one to one session (provided going over to her place) 45 mins per session, and 60dollars per month. I told XH that I'm going to think it over and gave her a reply - in time ... I guess, I'll inform her of my decision after the JPAE results came out =_=();; I dun wanna make myself even more stress at this point of time ...

I wanna go NP so much that sleeping had become a chore for me ... >_< my mind is always so messed up that my sleep are getting more and more messy especially with the confusing dreams that kept on popping out of nowhere, on a nightly basis. Well, that does help with my fics progress I guess ... >_<

However, other than that, it only increased my weariness ... >_< Even the mood for roleplaying and chatting online were affected to a certain extent ... >_<

10 more days to march 7 - whereby the JPAE results would be out ... I'm so restless recently, well ... fics are still coming along, I guess ^^;;

I'm now regretting why I did not increase the no. of courses that I picked for NP. I wanted to go into NP so much now >_<

Shuhua and Eve-chan went off to Taiwan!!! Due to restlessness, I usually went off to XH place or call her up recently >_< My phone bill had an increase last month, and thus - I lose my 40 bucks to my mother, paying her back for the extra usage >_<

Felt like wanting to learn piano leh ... but like that, i must pay fees myself ... Depending on my financial status, might have to go find part-time liao >_< But I dun wanna leave my net and pc leh ... *sigh* take one step at a time, and see what happen lah... >_<

Anyway, am going with XH to the music school and check out the pricing ... ^^;; *Then depending on my financial ability ...* and see if i wanna take up the course immediately, or to wait for a bit... ^^;;

Right, below are my JPAE options chosen accordingly.

XH and I, practically picked the same Diploma courses and polytechnics. ^^;; Shuhua, picked the following - though, I'm not so sure about her ranking of them - that is...

- Banking & Finance (NP)

Anyway, after the JPAE application - we initially headed over to Lot1 for K-box, only to realized that it was closed for renovation ... =_=() Then we ended up taking the train to Jurong East, for the K-box down there. Over there, Shuhua applied for the free membership card using the coupon that we had somehow gotten our hands on - when I went with XH the previous week.

After the K-box session, we went our separate ways. Shuhua headed back home, immediately while XH and I went for dinner at KFC ... and after which, went back to Hobbypoint for a look. Then we went home by taking bus 160 ^^;; I also bought the lip-balm of Skittles Raspberry Starburst from SH at her place, when we went over for the JPAE application.

Tomorrow, XH and I will be heading over to Orchard to buy the Animedia magazine - and after that, shall proceed over to her place for some tarot reading ^^;; >_< must bring oranges again ... Sweatdrop ...

Decisions, Decisions ...

Tomorrow is the start of the JPAE application period, I've decided on the following choices depending on the number of choices we are being allowed per application.

1. Accounting (NP)
2. BFS (NYP)
3. Marketing (NYP)*
4. Integrated Events Management (RP)
5. HR with Psychology (SP)*

Do note that those with '*' sign may be removed from list of choices, depending on the number of choices allowed for us to pick. The release of the posting results would come out at 7 March.

At the same time, I'm planning to apply for the Full-time Financial Diploma course being offered by the SIM as well. Just in case, that the JPAE results came out as negative. Either case, I'll still have to approach the bank for loan. The only difference was the amount of money that I intend to loan from the bank.

Shall head off and prepare for the documents required now ... cya!

Hiya minna-san! It has indeed been quite a long time since I last updated my blog ... I blamed no one but my own laziness and my PC status. Previously, it had broken down ... ^^;; Although, my PC had been back with me over the past one & half week ... I had not bothered to do any updates here on the blog.

Well, anyway ... I have been spending time watching animes, catching up on the pace ... ^^;; Fics were currently being placed on hold until I get my 'Thumb Drive' - which I intend to get sometime soon, probably when I found my new part-time job and had started working again.

Why? Simple - cause' I dare not spend my money on hand so freely without ensuring that I had another income ready for usage.

I'll probably try to finish posting my 'Fates & Destiny' Fic soon - it shall probably be done by the time CNY comes around.

OLOD will be posted after F&D is been done and accomplished. After which, I would probably take a break before posting and launching my new GSD Re-Written Fic :P

Figure I might as well post something since I've logged in.

Right, the previous monday I'm on MC ... =_=() thus, I ended up working non-stop on my birthday 13Nov.

Lucky, Eve send me the online novel chapters to keep me occupied - else I'll have mental breakdown for sure.

Am currently counting down till the contract ends, another 25 days to go ... I've yet to buy the x'mas gifts for my pals ... but I'm getting to that soon. Once I get my pay, that is ...

I've finally gotten the mangas bks for PoT 37-38 ... have been delaying them for quite some time. Have yet to accquire the magazine animedia for the month of Dec ... will try and get it soon. Probably, next time when I go that area to select x'mas gift ... Next Friday perhaps? Or maybe I wait till next month and buy two magazines at one shot ... =_=();;

On a lighter note, I wanna try my hands on the new Halloween GSD mascots again. I got Shinn on my first try, similar to the Zodiac version :P Shinn's also my first mascot for that series. ^^;;

Although, I'm lazy ... but here's the regular update :P

The event was indeed grand :) Even Alamak and Cheng Jian Bin came for the event @_@ ... Now I could add two more celebrity to my list of meeting them personally. ^^;;

Anyway, Eve and me share cost to buy Shuhua's grandmother's gift. However, since we had no idea what to buy for elderly ppl and Eve suggested buying gift last minute .. I did not bring enough money, we went to Sheng Song Supermarket and just bought Chicken Essence ... although, Eve pays for the majority ... since I only contribute 6 dollars =_=

Then she wanna wrap gift, so we bought wrapping paper while passing by a stationery store. @_@ Eve very powerful lor ... no taping, also can wrap gift ^^;;

Then we reach the restaurant, we sat with Shuhua's other friends. The food served is good one lor :)

However, me and Eve only ate half of the dishes that was being served. Since, we were 'convinced' by Shuhua to go on-stage and sing KTV :P

Sang a total of three songs with Eve, and end the day with a duet with Shuhua. When we first go and select songs, my feets were trembling ... >_< cause' all the guests still around ... and my mind is in a blank. Dunno what song to sing also...

In the end, we ended up singing S.H.E - Hua Kai Hao Le ... and I.O.I.O

After another person went up and sang a Hokkien song, we go up there and sing a Fish Leong's song entitled 'Ting Bu Dao'.

Also, we help Xiao Mei Mei select the 'Eternal Flame' - for her to sing :) That girl very brave lor, although, she sang off-stage lah. Cause' too small size liao, later go up on stage cannot see lyrics anymore :P

Last but not least, the last song I sang with shuhua was 'Ai Mei' by Raine Yang. Last time go KTV (partyworld and K-box) also got sing ... I think :)

Next week, 10 Nov also got KTV session but that was we pay ourselves one :P for both my and XH's b'dae celebration.

I am already looking forward to it :)

Yesterday, try three times also cannot post my new post ... so I dump the post at my Friendster blog instead.

Slept till 7.45 am today, so 'shuang'! At first was pondering if I want to go buy XH gift today ... but now no need liao =_=() ... I shall wait until next week le ... Why? Cause' Mommy took the wrong Ez-link card to top up today =_=()

She should ask me first mah ... the one with $1.75 was still sitting in my wallet, she took the one on my table that had $10 ++ =_=()

Nevermind, I go buy XH gift next week instead. Maybe Tomorrow also can, see when I happy I go lor ^^;;

Next Friday, going to Shuhua's Grandma's B'dae Dinner XD So I get to meet her XDDD

The thursday that just passes by, I met XH for dinner at Lucky Plaza XDDD We went to eat at the Western Food Stall situated in the Canteen. Its' actually not bad ... ^^;; after that, we went browsing around for a while at Takashimaya Shopping Mall. Before meeting her, I already went to the Taka Watson' to buy my younger brother his stuff liao ^^;;

I reached home about 9.30 pm that day ... and miraculously woke up on time yesterday morning ^^;;

Speaking of yesterday morning, about 4+ I think ... I actually heard young kids crying out for their mother to not leave them behind. Was it my hallucation or did something of that sort really happened that early in the morning ? I emailed Eve and told her about it - that day. She says, lucky I never go check ... otherwise, they might haunt me ^^;;

I had a few ideas in mind of what to get for XH for her b'dae, but what I get for her would depend greatly on the venue that I chose to go shopping for her gift. ^^;;

Right, that's enough for now ... Me wanna go see see which animes to watch for today liao :P

Shuhua's B'dae Celebration

Yesterday, I had a really wonderful time ^__^ Had lunch over at Shuhua's place while waiting for Eve and XH to reach her place. After that, we went to the Jurong Bird Park; as usual - we went to visit the penguins ... Most of them took pictures of the Swan. Oh yes, not to forget ... we also went to the Jurong Fall, the highest man-made waterfall in Singapore. We even seek help from the others to take a group picture of us.

After the Bird Park Trip, we went to the Orchard Road for dinner and KTV. I went to the ATM first, and was very surprise to find that the pay was already credited into my bank account. Although, I had no idea how much was my pay =_=() since I did not have my passbook with me for updating.

Anyway, I went out with 85 dollars, and came home with only $9.30 ... =_=();; ate chinese cruisine for dinner and went to Party World KTV afterwards. Three hours time-slot, and sang lots of Chinese and Japanese song.

We left the KTV at 10.30 pm ... and went back to the Taka carpark in search for Eve's car ^^;; In the end, I was the first to be send out - since, that's the only way to make it convenient for Eve to go back home to JB.

I wonder what we will be doing, and going for both XH and My B'dae Celebration, in 3 weeks time ^^;; Before that, I need to save up money for XH present =_=()I am still thinking about what to buy her, and where to buy her present =_=();; I had every intention to finish watching Gundam X today =_=();; but the review would have to come next week, since I had no desire to update my review blog today ...

Weekend is here - Again!!!

Tomorrow - is the day for Shuhua's B'dae Celebration. That reminded me, I had yet to wrapped her b'dae gift. Shall do that, in a while's time ^^;;

First of all, my work load was piling up on my desk =_=();; I had 3 more batches of documents to print on Monday ... 2 more sets to route for approval, and another 1 or 2 batches of documents to do.

Moreover, there's a set of document that was handed over to me on Thursday to do. I had yet to touch on them today- but Alice had checked out what I have done on Thursday and told me that I need to edit and change the description for the folders in the system and to update the customer revision as well.

That means that I'll need to find time to do the above mentioned steps and also to complete the remaining 13 projects of the same set of document =_=();; Thankfully, it had no due date - but she said for me to finished them off as soon as possible. I'll try my best - and hopefully, be done with them by next week.

My PC System told me to change my log-in password sometime last week =_=();; Having absolutely no idea what to put for the log-in password, I had taken to use anime character's name. The first one to be used is Mr. Zala from GS/GSD universe. I added an 87 to the last of his name and thus, he ended up as my password for the month.

I'm debating if I should use Shinn or Kira's name the next time ^^;; I wonder if
I should take my ATM card tonight from my mom - and see if the next day, my pay comes in already or not. I really don't feel like borrowing $$from my mother ... cause' =_=();; who knows what she will says to me when I stated the amount of money that I wanna borrow from her ...

Last but not least, yesterday - I went to Eve's office to look for her. Finally see for myself what her office looks like ^^;; After that, she accompany me go eat dinner (left her office at about 7.30 pm) ... We went ABC food market, and ate 'Dou Hua' ... on top of it, since I'm the one taking dinner - I ordered the chicken congee from the stall which TV had featured before ^_^ ;; Its' really delicious - you guys should try it one of these days ^_^

I've finished buying Shuhua's present, so that ended up with me - broke and peniless ... for now. Although, I still have $20 left ... but ... that one, I must save it up for Shuhua's b'dae celebration next weekend on Sunday.

I still have to borrow $50 from mother on that day, since I believe $20 is not enough ... besides, I think my pay would only comes in on 22 October ... =_=();;

Anyway, yesterday also message Yanghui and wishes him a happy birthday. ^^;; Due to XH's suggestion, I msg him and greeted him on his birthday - representing the four of us combined. He replied that - he's glad that we still remember his birthday.

In the end, I ended up buying Shuhua's b'dae present at Chinatown ... ^^;; After having the dessert lah ... ^^;; Went to try out the Code Geass Mascot - and got another 'Roy' =_=();; Nevermind, just like 'Konata' - I am keeping it as the back-up.

Also, we went to OG Chinatown to try out the capsule for Code Geass - XH got another Lelouch ... and I, too gained a Lelouch of my own. She also tried out the Geass Box Set at Orchard Cine - Rapid Culture, and got her first Karen.

After the trip, I went to her house again ^__^;; Stay until nearly 10pm before going home. Had dinner with her family members, including her mother - last weekend it was without ... ^^;;

Yay! Monday no need to work - Hari Raya Replacement Day XDDD

So - I'm meeting Xinhui later, to go Orchard Kino for our monthly Orchard Magazine trip. Also, I'm planning to buy Shuhua's B'dae Present today ...

After that, we may or may not go Chinatown ... >_< long time never go liao ... go there eat dessert :P

Anyway, met up with Shuhua on Wednesday - 10 October ... went over to her parents' shop. Chat and plan a bit of her cafe business for future - bought a new flavour of mentos and choclairs before going home.

11 October - Thursday, supposed to meet Shuhua and Eve for dinner at 7pm ... but ended up eating at 8pm ... Was asked to do OT last minute, I work until 6.10 ... and Evelyn - until nearly 7 ... or was it 7 ?

Then we took bus 198 - transfer to 105 at Commonwealth and went all the way to Jurong East ... Ate at Kobayashi ... after that, 9 ++ go buy LJS for my 'Didi' again ... =_=();;

Friday, went to submit time sheet. Wah Piang eh ... morning 8++ system down (office), then Alice gave me three sets of Component Specs drawings to do ... on system ... I started on the set of drawings since 12pm - do until 4.30pm then finished ... >_< 5 hrs of working on the same document ... (Super right ?)

After that, do a few attributes change forms before packing up and leaving for the day. Before leaving, still have to help Chris scanned some ECN and photocopy them for him ... lucky, only like that. Since I've already shut down most of the operating system on my PC and had no desires to log in again.

Since Monday no need to work - I'm planning to catch up on certain animes series XDDD

I'm watching episode 1 of Clannad now, later I'm going to catch up on Nanatsuiro Drops and probably Gundam X ... *no idea* see how much I can accomplished by 11pm. ^^;;

cause' 11.30pm have to mop floor, 12 go shower - then went out to meet Xinhui. Anyway, I still have tomorrow and monday to watch the animes XD ^__^

However tuesday, I'll have to go back to work T_T

Eve might be going Genting today with her parents' - I wonder if she will find time to update us on her experience. If not, I'll just email her on Tuesday morning at work and find things out ^^;;

I now chit-chat with Eve via email - whenever I'm free, on regular basis.

The next anime blog update might come tomorrow morning, depending on which series I've cleared. I might update them as accordingly. Fics -wise, not so much ... so probably it won't be updated anytime soon.

Happiest Week Since Starting Work ...

I found out that Eve's working place is just one bridge away from mine ... XD Thus, we ended up going home on Wed together. Thurs, I meet up with her before heading off to Jurong Point to meet Xinhui. Ended up eating LJS with her, and buy for my brother also ... XD All eat Combo 1.

Ended up, she wanna meet me for dinner cause' she wanna borrow my Comic Connection Membership card to buy game. XD At first she wanna buy bleach game, then ended up buying Gundam Game instead XD ^__^

Yesterday, Friday - I meet up with Eve and we go Orchard together. Spend an hour having dinner at Centrepoint, at first wanna eat Pizza Hut, then find out it closed for renovation ... T.T. We ended up eating chinese cruisine instead ... *Sigh* but very fulfiling and full XD

Then we managed to race to Plaza Singapura before the Comic Connection closed, and bought some mangas. Actually, two books each XDDD Since we cannot remember where we had last stopped while buying ^^;;

That guy actually open up the book 6 of Corda, to let me browse through so I would know if I had already gotten that book. Lucky he did so, since I do indeed already have bk 6. So I bought bk 7 and bk 25 of DearBoys instead. PoT 37-38 had been out, but I had yet to buy them yet ... maybe next time, when my pay comes down ... Had to save the remaining sum of my money at home ... for Shuhua's B'dae gift and B'dae. Not to forget the monthly magazine next week =_=();; ...

I'm heading over to Xinhui's hse later XDDD Long time never go liao ... and we are going to have lunch together, kopitiam type of lunch lah ... must go for poverty line liao ... otherwise, i would have no money to spend on shuhua's b'dae. Sekali on her birthday still have to borrow $$ from my mother, and pay her back when I take my pay ... cause' her b'dae celebration was like 24 hrs before my pay day - if 15 oct is also a replacement day for hari raya puasa for others ... =_=()'' I know my company is like that lah ...

Time-sheet would be submitted on the 12 Oct, this time around ... so the pay day varies. It may or may not be on the 19 Oct. But pay should comes in by 22 Oct ... latest ...

=_=();; Merly going maternity leave soon ... if that happened, saturday might ended up being called back for OT too ... but if like that, I must insisted that i only would work half-day for them. Cause' like that, I can visit Eve and asked her to send me home,or we can go shopping together XDDD

Haha, yesterday i called up shuhua and we talked about her plan ... ^^;; Maybe next time, I got chance - I work for her. Then like that, I no need to feel that much stress while working. I cannot imagine working admin for the next ten years of my life ... and I am still contemplating on the poly course to take ... =_=();;

Maybe I take accoutancy or finance lah ... then next time can be accountant for Shuhua ... haha XDD I told her we can discuss more about her plan the next time when we meet XDD ^__^;;

My Favourite Days of the Week - Weekend!

I never knew I love Weekends - that much. However, ever since I started work - weekends happened to be the best days of my life!

Working life is terrible - makes you craves and yearn for schooling days. There were days whereby I nearly cried out of sheer frustration. Now I knew for sure, I am not cut out for Business Admin stuff ....

My department being Doc_Control, short for documentation control. The department itself is alright, its' the work that comes along that's irritating. Inputing Data into the System would be fine if there's no error message or error in the forms itself submitted by the people from another department.

Calling them up and notifying them of the mistakes or errors was a 'must' - since the data obviously must be updated into the system. When they're not sure why there's such a setting with the data-record, they find it a hassle as they would have to double check and confirm with their colleague before getting back to us. For us to input the specified data, they would then have to sign on the documents - meaning to come over to our place and authorized us to remove whatever settings had been there before.

Yet, it would be fine if they do not take their frustration out on me. I mean - sure, each and everyone of us have our bad days. Especially problems came up just minutes before work ends - then it would frustrates us to no end. Not only do they want to go home on time, even I do - too. When they vent their frustrations on me - whom can I vent my woes and sorrows of being subjected to their raw anger to ?! No one, I can only swallowed their complaints and bad attitute myself. Forcing myself to remain polite, while they responded to my request with irritation.

Do they really think I enjoy calling them up and enduring their harsh tone while speaking through the phone ?! That's the reason why I prefer emailing them - but after emailing them, they would called me back to question further. Cooperative ones will understand my position and tried to co-operate, but un-cooperative ones will whine and complained about the hassle of having to come down and make those changes, before their requests of updating the data could be made.

That was the reason why I now adored my weekends, for I can be away from them and do what I really wanted to do.

Yesterday evening, I met Evelyn at Jurong East for Dinner. I must say I had a wonderful time with her - we talked mostly, while having dinner. I had no idea how long we had been sitting in the dining place and just talked - we complained to one another of our job scope and envy one another position. I complained to her of the ridiculous things that I had seen happening in my office environment while she complained hers' to me.

When we are on our way home, we both admit that we missed our schooling days. We even chatted for awhile about our future - and what we wanted to really do in future. Last thursday, on the 13 I met Xinhui - and we also talked about our office work and the environment. I guess, it will be the same - when I meet up with Xinhui again, next month on the 13 of October.

Yesterday, I even called Xinhui up for a chatting session during lunch hours. Despite the line getting cut off each time - due to reception problem on her side, I must admit the short minutes of conversation do take my mind off certain annoying issues.

I now have a habit of bringing my diary to work, and just write in it whenever I had things to say. Since unlike schooling days, I can go to the teacher for advice or to visit the school counsellor whenever I felt the need to rant and complained. Where's the shoulder for me to cry on - when I really desires it ?!

Was it just me ? I don't know ... I've been working for 17 days now, am counting down to the day whereby my contract with Recruitexpress will end ...

It's not that I detest my job scope or anything, the job itself - and the duties that comes along with it, is fine. It's just the people working there - okay, not that I actually interact with the majority of them.

Merly is fine, I supposed. Chris - is alright, as long as he don't pissed me off ... cause' sometimes he can be a little irritating. doesn't help that his voice sound like a female.

Tamil is okay - but her boss, always wanna complain this and that - kind of annoying. Cause; the moment complaints comes in - scoldings would be everywhere ...

so far, I haven't kena yet ...

Alice - on the other hand, don't know leh ... I'm kinda scared to approach her - she seemed to be in bad mood all the time ... Talk to her only, I get a little *irk* also.

Usually when she's around - I felt stress, a lot of stress. But when she's not around, says on leave or MC - and that Juliana from ChaiChee came over ... then I felt as though - I really could breathe ...

*sigh* so far, haven't die yet - so is that a good sign or what ?!

Weekend Finally ...

Never knew I loved weekends this /much!/ ... Woke up at 9 this morning, which was really fantastic. I've been waking up at 6 for the past few days, due to work ... and waking up late, was considered a luxuary ...

Anyway, watched lucky stars 21 and naruto 27 this morning, now loading Kenichi ...

Later I would be mopping the floor, and then rest a bit ... Tomorrow, I'll be watching animes I think ... and I missed talking to XinHui ... (T.T)

I have a feeling that Monday, I would be swamped with work load. ... I send lots of stuff out for routing approval, and I have a feeling that - Monday, I would be filing and printing, issuing things a lot ...

*bleh*

I'm counting down the days to when my contract will ends, perhaps, I should bring in a desktop calender to strike off each day, I'd been working ? Well ... I'll go in search of the calender later. Seeya! XD

Right, the first weekend after I started working for a temporary full time job.

Yesterday, I managed to finish my work by 17.35, so ... I get to leave early. Well, at least earlier than my first day at work. The last 2 hrs or so of my work time yesterday was spend 'boxing' - for the 2004/2005/2006 (first six months) documents, and labeling them, accordingly.

Went to lunch with Christ and Merly - at the canteen situated opposite of the company building. After lunch, Merly taught me how to use the Agile programme, and that's probably what I will be learning next week as well.

Anyway, work aside - my mother wanted me to pay her back the amount of money she used for my transportation when my salary was credited into my bank account. Also I think the food expenses as well , thankfully - excluding saturday.

Right, and I would need to pay her back the money for the PC formatting/CD writer ... and office softwares - the other time ... also for my new clothes and shoes for work.

Well, I guess that's fine, so long my bank account gets money credited and remained above the basic requirement of 500 dollars. I am fine with whichever conditions my mother had laid down for me. Shopping expenses, would have to come from my pay as well ...

I still make it a habit to save as much as possible from my saturday food expenses, so that I could probably pay for some of my traveling fees/ monthly magazines expenses when I go out. However, the 13 dollars which I owed Evelyn and probably the birthday celebration expenses would have to come from my salary in time. That reminds me, I would need to get Shuhua's present as well ...

Anyway, I think I'll pay my mother the money she used for my traveling fees, and my clothes & shoes first, also my handphone bill ...

Later, I'll be catching up on some animations - namely, Naruto, Monster Princess, and probably Seto no Hanayome. Claymore & Romeo Juliet - I'll wait until there's more episodes before watching. Am now reading fanfics, and I should probably continue on my fanfics spee now ... See Ya!

First day of office work ...

First, I'm 3 minutes late, as I had trouble finding the exact location of the company. Should I say a 'Plant' instead ? My department office was situated in the factory itself, and its' temperature was more of the AOA room back in ITE. In fact, the whole place resembled an ITE itself. Only, the canteen was situated on the 4th level.

There's a gym, but only perm staff could access for it require their ID card. Mine's a temporary staff ID card, so it was one without 'code'.

Anyway, I spend the whole day of work doing stamping of documents, sorting and filing. Photocopying and Scanning as well, mainly paperwork. The only data entry I did today, was to update the company stuff into their system, and their customer documents stuff.

For I still had no access to my account yet, I had to work using the public PC station today. And I certainly hoped that the phone on my desk will not ring at all ... since I had no idea how to answer their call, as it was one that comes with extention ... I think ... mine's is 506 ??? cannot remember exactly ...

Ate lunch with Chris Kuang, another temp staff, a male - who's hired for the sake of taking over Merli, who's pregnant and going on maternity leave by October. Both of us were currently trained by Merli, and Alice - 'OJT' kind of ... so far so good, I think I will treat the experience as if I'm taking up a temporary course.

Their company make use of the program 'Agile' and 'Oracle' - both of which, I had no idea of how to operate them, and that's exactly what I would have to learn from scratch. Anyway, I certainly hoped they (Merli & Alice) will not choose to go on leave at the same time, for both Chris and myself were still learning, so ...

Right, and for now - there's no OT yet ... but Chuah, our supervisor said that if the workload is heavy, then we might need to do some OT. Whatever it is, I have decided that if it's on the day I'm preoccupied with things to do after work, then I'll finished up the urgent documents if they came in - during the morning. As for the 'not so urgent' documents, I might put them on hold - until the next day, and stayed back for OT on the following day, instead of the day itself - if I did have something on.

I think that's pretty much all for now ... I'll update again, when I finally get a chance to use their programmes. Then you can see how I complain or whine, or boasted about my ability, understanding of their programmes.

Interview at RecruitExpress ...

Today, I went over to Recruit Express at Jurong JTC Summit. I met up with Eve, and the interview was alright ... the atmosphere was rather laid-back and comforting ... Which, I should thanked my lucky stars ...

Anyway, she said that she would inform me if I'm shortlisted for any of the job positions which she had submitted for me ... probably within these two days...

I hoped that I could get the NTU job ... for that sounds more appealing than the positions located at Pandan Rd. ..

*Sigh* Will update more, if the position is confirmed.

Temp Job Hunting ...

Yes, I am on a temp job hunt ... *bleh* Went to the extend of buying newspaper and checking out online job ads. Well, I even submit my resume to sites such as 'Singapore jobs online' ...

Well, that and ... I uploaded my resume to the recruit express site as well ... *wonder if I can get some response from there*

If not, my last resort was to work for Mcdonalds or Mos burgers ... probably Mcdonalds ... =_=();; Well, that's the last resort though ... since this kind of job had low pay ... *Argh!*

Had no idea how to get around to the task of looking for temp jobs ... *bleh* Ended up seeking help from cousin and XH, but in all honestly - I am not holding onto any hopes or whatsoever.

=_=();; The sheer idea of wanting to look for a temp job, was simply for the sake of earning some extra money for spending, and to pass my time. Secondly, I wanted to try out the office environment... Until now, I've never tried working in an office environment before ...

Also, probably because I wanted to gain some practical and working experience. Aside from my experience of working in fast food restaurant, private tutor and sales assistant in the comic rental shop. Honestly, I had no idea how to write a formal and proper job application letter till' now ... and my resume was not really all glory and wonderful to look at.
